When we arrived at 7 pm it is as we had not made any Booking..took them 30 min to give us the worst possible room at the very end of the parking lot (as we requested downstair my wife being slightly handicapped)
This section looking abandoned, there was no lights in the lobby leading to the room, we had only one access electronic card.. so no cooling of room
when we returned after " dinner"
Bathroom terrible, no shower head support at normal height..only one small lavabo no place to guard toiletries etc..
Toilet was exceptionally low
No handy extension to charge telephone , the only we found at floor level, going extinct when lights off..we woke up with empty batteries on our phones
No handicap access to the restaurant, etc...
in addition we were overcharged
for two rooms we paid total of MX 3360 equivalent to US203.63 (rate 16.50) instead of confirmed rate of $190.44
This hotel is definitively not worth that price !!!! especially since the reception was making the least possible effort....FYI i come to this hotel since the earlier 1970 and speak perfect Spanish, so it was not a question of miscommunication.
