심슨 베이 리조트, 마리나 & 스파(Simpson Bay Resort Marina & Spa)

I stayed here many times before and used to love it. The breakfast used to be great because here i could get a wide variety of stuff without pork, however this time my breakfast was just like staying in many hotels almost everything is filled with pork which i don't eat.. I know pork is cheaper, but don't expect satisfied guests when it comes to breakfast. I wished they had jacuzzi for late night relaxing with ur partner instead of only in certain rooms. My refrigerator was rusted terribly on one whole side, front door was not closing properly and the tiles in the bathroom weren't cleaned properly, the grout was very dirty as if they only mop the floor, floor was also missing a tile. Not too satisfied this time and it's pitty cause I loved staying here. It is a beautiful hotel kind of big so we had to walk from B rooms to get breakfast and that was a distance. Front desk staff were friendly that i have no complains about. Overall i would give them a 7. Not sure if this is the difference in using booking or trip, cause while using booking things were different. Just saying.

This was our second stay at Simpson bay and this is the only property I want to stay at when visiting St Maarten! We were initially given a room with less beds than we paid for, but the manager Francisco Gomez quickly fixed the issue and changed our room! Thank you so much for that. The check in process was smooth, and the entire staff is friendly and very helpful. The property is very well maintained and there are plenty of activities to do right on the property! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location is perfect! Right on the beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance! I'm thinking about visiting again in June and will definitely be staying here! Thanks again for a lovely stay and thank you to the manager Francisco!

Our stay at the resort was amazing. We stayed at the Villas. The staff was hospitable. We had a late check in and Edward at the front desk was amazing. Kept us in the loop about everything. Made sure we got the shuttle to and from the designated areas we went. Everything was also in walking distance. Could not complain at all. We also had an amazing taxi driver, Walter. He was our go to guy. He showed and described everything to us about the lovely place whilst on our way to any location. He is definitely the best. Everyone was kind. At the beach bar, Laurrel and Lynda. The pool bar, can’t remember the bartenders name but they all were lovely. We definitely look forward to taking a trip back. Definitely going to the Resort again and definitely looking forward to seeing Edward and Walter again.

Nice property. Tough to get any service to fix problem with room even when we told the General Manager. Took 3 days.

Check in was very slow. 30 minutes . Room toilet didn't flush. Resort shuttle drove by room on pick up, honked, didn't stop.

The property is on the beach/ocean front and still close to outside dining and other entertainment options.

Wonderful resort- loved everything- pools, restaurants, staff friendly, big well stocked room with kitchen and porch. Can walk easily to everything. Can’t wait to return again some day

Everything was great except for the misleading ******* ad. The room was up a very steep mountain that took us over 5 minutes via shuttle and the room smelled horrible. Had to pay for an upgraded room closer to the beach and pools. The hotel staff was rude and not very helpful. The only staff member that was helpful was the shuttle bus driver

Location was great- walking distance to restaurants/town but it is A LOT of walking and up/down hill. I'm used to walking so i didn't mind. Check in process was a bit slow but overall staff were nice and helpful. We were in the deluxe suite and everything as well equipped and maintained.
