시데 크라운 세레니티 - 올 인클루시브(Side Crown Serenity All Inclusive)

Otelin yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Sadece soğuk büfe ve pasta/tatlı bölümler daha iyi olabilirdi.

Worse than prior stay

Het hotel is goed gelegen, naast winkeltjes waar je tot 22 uur kunt kuieren. Pendeldienst om het kwartier naar hun privé strand met bar en ligzetels. Prima . Poetsdienst in het hotel is in orde, elke dag is de minibar gratis aangevuld . Wel een groot MINpunt van de kamer zijn de keiharde matrassen waardoor je na een week enorm veel rugpijn krijgt. Eten in het restaurant is lekker, gevarieerd en verzorgd. Het ontbijt is net iets minder… weinig zoete dingen, eerder hartig …., maar ook geen bacon bvb. Ik kan het hotel wel aanraden , de all in formule is dik OK , cocktails zijn lekker…, dit alles voor een correcte prijs .

Отдыхали с сыном 16 лет. В принципе отель хороший. Еда хорошая и разнообразная за неделю так все и не попробовали, что предлагалось. Мясо готовят прямо при вас, как в ресторане так и на пляже. К еде притензий нет, так же как и к алкоголю и коктелям. На пляже и у бассейна всегда есть свободные лежаки. Немного растроило, что в номере не моют полы. Постельное белье и полотенца меняют. Нам даже дали тёплые одеяла. Анимации пркатически нет. Вернее она есть, но для маленьких деток( дискотека детская). Отель больше для семей с детми. Взрослым деткам там скучно. Хороший отель за свои деньги. На 4.5 *

Я бывал в разных отелях от 3 до 5 зв.в турции...здесь жирный 3+....за територию...басейн...пляж...хорошие виды....не старый....есть жирный минус....ЕДА ИСПОРЧЕНА. .ПОДАЮТ ПОДОГРЕТУЮ....ОСТЫВШУЮ ЧТОБЫ МЕНЬШЕ ЕЛИ... ЕСЛИ КУШАТЬ НЕ ЛЮБИТЕ...МОЖНО ЕХАТЬ...

Fantastic hotel, wifi is only free in the lobby if you require wifi around the hotel you have to pay (low price) in euros. Same goes for the safe but it wasn’t a problem. Staff were friendly, their language skills are amazing but low on English which was ok for us as they spoke Polish ok and we could communicate with some staff in Polish or English. Room was clean and quite modern, fridge was always topped up with drinks and you are able to have tea or coffee in the room as well. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and it works great. The balcony had a beautiful view and hearing Ezan from the nearby mosque added to the atmosphere. Swimming pool was clean and water felt fresh, the sunbeds were hard to get but I didnt have a day where I couldn’t get a sunbed at all. Food was the best thing about this hotel, huge variety, breakfast was OK but Dinner that started at 18:30 was the best! The meat variety and the vegetables and salads, I always had a plate full sometimes even got seconds and thirds. The desserts were fresh and gorgeous tasting. Also, food was available 24/7. Bar staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel had entertainment every night around 21:00 only for about 2hr but it was good, we could find a schedule of what was on every night by the dining room on a notice board. Spa was also available treatments ranging from around 60 euro up. The hotel also had a hairdresser which also did beauty treatments and had a variety of shops (shoes, clothes and souvenirs) the shops were at discount price and we found a lot of clothes and other items cheaper than in the bazaar’s. There is also a Jewellery store on site and the Jeweler is a very friendly man, good at deals. Hotel itself is about 30 minutes from the Old town, but there are plenty of buses that go from just outside the hotel to Side Old Town every 15 minutes that cost 30lira or 1 euro. There is a free shuttle to the beach but we did not take one as the weather was so beautiful, we walked and it took us less than 10 minutes. There’s gorgeous food at the beach also, and drinks. Sunbeds are plenty on the beach and some cool activities at extra charge. Over all the stay was fantastic and would 100% recommend.

A return stay at this hotel and last one was perfect, however, things have changed, changed for the worse and I wouldn’t return. 1, Not enough seating in the dining area 2, queues at the bar 3, cocktails in half pint glasses 4, waiters and waitresses are only concerned about clearing the tables, not getting guests drinks or sorting cutlery 5, no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms 6, pool side bar and snack bar closed early 7, hardly any English spoken. All of the above were perfect last year.

We have just returned from this hotel after 10 days... Lets start with reception - very rude, speak very little English and the woman in the Guest Relation office was shouting at me in front of other people because I asked her politely for the 5th time what time my transfer would be picking us up ( this information is meant to be in a folder on the reception desk 24 hours before you depart, I still didn't know at 18.30pm...I later found out our transfer was at 04.20am). Our room was lovely and clean and the fridge had a few soft drinks and water in it which was nice, however the bed was so uncomfortable and we had 2 single duvet covers and 1 single duvet?? The shower was lovely and powerful and its nice that they have a lower shower also for children (nice touch). I am a very fussy eater BUT I ate everyday and night, there was always something and the food was always nice and tasty. The staff in the restaurant work so hard making sure the tables are cleared quickly and that everybody has a drink. We only used the pool with the slides as the other pools seemed to be quiet areas, we sat there once and every time we spoke or was laughing we were getting looked at. Tolga who works in the poolside bar was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was always cheery and made an effort with everybody. Martazaye ( Probably misspelt) is of one the loveliest people I met in Turkey, she worked so hard at the snack bar and everything was always lovely and fresh, she really takes pride in her food and she is always smiling and so friendly. ENTERTAINMENT - The entertainment team consisted of 3 girls who were so miserable, they made very little effort with the guests. In the 10 days we were there we managed to see 2 sessions of water polo and 4 games of darts. They spoke hardly any English and were always on their phones. The hotel definitely seemed to favour the German and Russian guests which was fine, but it was very obvious to the few English guests. I would not go back to this hotel because of the rudeness of reception and guest relation staff, the very uncomfortable bed and the total lack of entertainment.

I don’t know why people are giving bad reviews? Stayed for 10 nights with my 84yr old mum at the end of September. Fantastic holiday. We are English, all staff were amazing to us, from Mehmet on reception, extremely polite and helpful, the bar girls and boys at all the bars, the cleaning ladies were wonderful! We witnessed, many times, staff being treated appallingly by guests, of all nationalities!! It was embarrassing!! Maybe, treat others as you’d like to be treated, a Please and thank you goes a long way! Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was kept clean. The food was lovely, always found hot, delicious food and not one funny tummy! The shuttle bus to the beach was brilliant, every 10 mins or so. The beach bar served fresh cooked chicken doner most days, and a lady cooking pancakes every day. The beach is lovely, all sand, private sunbeds that were easy to get. I can not fault this hotel. Could not of asked for more to be honest!!
