I visited the hotel to make a booking laterin the year. I was dealt with by the Guest Relations Manager Oznur. What a wonderful lady, who devoted her time, to help me with my booking. If the rest of the hotel staff are has competant, and devoted to their jobs has she is, then I am sure it will be a great vacation, Thank you Oznur

Great hotel. Food excellent, pool large, beer lovely, surroundings beautiful. The thing that impressed me most was the staff. They all seemed to really enjoy being there (it was the opening week of the season I must add), and had a good tone with the guests at all times. This is a sign that they are paid correctly and treated well, which is important to the experience for someone like myself. A special mention has to go to the mini club where our youngest son spent most of his holiday as he loves drawing. Those girls are wonderful with children and, again, seem to genuinely enjoy doing what they do. They had a couple of extra activities there which makes for a nice holiday memento like painting your own t-shirt (complete with a medal and a certificate). The only negative was that our family got woken up at 2am by a family in one of the rooms around us "messing around" (little kids running around, screaming and shouting but sounded like they were having fun). Really bizarre. Hardly heard a sound from the other rooms after that so I have no idea what happened there, but if the walls are that thin this could absolutely be a problem when your neighbours are grown ups enjoying the all inclusive facilities until the small hours (we were in the very obvious kids section with bunk beds). Should be noted that this is basically a German hotel with 90% + guests speaking German. Not an issue for us, but if you are going on holiday to socialise with other guests you will need to speak German at this hotel. They were very good at changing the food options each day, so it didn't taste like typical buffet food. Way way better. Was our first time in Turkey and the staff were great ambassadors for their country. The entertainment team (animation as they call it) were very bubbly and energetic. An all round great experience.

We are on our 4th day here so far and are having a wonderful time. The hotel is fantastic. Every staff member we have encountered has been friendly and helpful and the food and availability is fabulous , my favourite is the fresh honeycomb at breakfast. Lovely beach, and plenty of pool loungers. The visitors are predominantly German but that’s ok! Clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good food, beautiful beach, very friendly personal, fun party’s and kareoke, clean swimming pool, and ati is an legend!

We book an all inclusive holiday for 2 adulat and one child. The hotel is all right ,not 5 stars anyway, more like 3 to 4. The staff is very rude, if you are not German. They keep saying they don't understand English. I tried for several times to speak with someone, even at the guest relations desk, one time the lady said she doesn't speak English and for 3-4 for times nobody was there. Staff at the restaurant or to the bar are rude, don't matter if you gave tips or no. The staff from the waiters, beach boy or managers they don't care about guests if you are not German. The waiters shout at children's in restaurant, for bowling alley and billiard table you need to pay. If you want a day to the pool, you need to wake up and to be at the pool at 7 am to put towels on sunbeds. At the beach if you leave the sunbed for 1 minute the beach boy come and brush them and give them to German tourists. In the restaurant ( I don't know if is a chef), they put meat in your plate, yes with gloves but they touch other food or souce also and if you are not happy with the portion they say if enough. If you ask for cocktails they do but not with all the ingredients from the recipe. I definitely not recomand this hotel if you want to have a good holiday.

Came to Alba Queen last minute booking for a week, got here to find out other than the average food and local spirit everything else is chargeable. Named sprint €4 a shot, safety deposit box I’ve never been charged for one of them ‘ever’ €12 for a week here, the best one is Wi-Fi the one thing that pretty much every business in the world does is try and get customers in to their pubs, clubs or restaurants with free Wi-Fi here it’s free (and not that good) but only in the lobby and around the pool but if you want it in your room €2 a day??? so that’s another €15 for the week, honestly really!!! Went to have a look at the bowling alley guess what another charge so the games room sits empty because everything is chargeable. Website doesn’t say anything about charges for any of this but once you get here if you don’t like the pool bang average food and local plonk get your hand in your pocket. The rooms are ok nothing flash pillows (I say pillows) you get one wafer thin pillow on a rock hard mattress. One annoyance was there were 3 of us in our room we got one bath towel between 3 of us, 2 foot towels and 2 hand towels one for the sink and one in the showers, all for helping save the planet but that’s a bit too far. All in all I’d give this 3 out of 10 after the first day wouldn’t come back to this hotel. If it’s all inclusive it’s either all in or it’s not and if it’s not tell people because I wouldn’t have booked.
