투이 매직 라이프 자카란다 - 올 인클루시브(Tui Magic Life Jacaranda)

Felt so welcomed and cared for here in our first visit to Turkey and guest ever package holiday. The whole place is immaculatly clean. The food is very varied and plentiful everyday. The slushies, churros and Icecream every afternoon were a huge hit with our kids! The beach bar facilities were up and working beautifully in our second week. The kids loved the choices of ice lollies here. So many sports and activities to do. Some fun surprises throughout the 11 days too which they said are a Magic Life touch! The relax and indoor pool are ideal if you want a quieter place to chill and water is warmer there in April. Having a Turkish bath and masage at the spa here was fun and a treat. Thank you especially to: Pablo - the professional photographer there who captured the most beautiful memories of us as a family. Servin - the Barista in coffee lounge who helped me learn some Turkish, made me fresh mint tea and was so friendly. Feyyaz - the life guard who was always so smily and kind. Who tried to chat with us everyday in broken English. Our cleaner (we didn't get her name) who was so dedicated and left us treats some days with the towel shapes. It did feel like a magic holiday! Only down side was electricity in our room kept dropping off every minute or two and WiFi drops off very regularly across the whole site. We didn't want to be on devices so it didn't ruin the holiday at all, but we did report it and it wasn't fixed while we were there.

After our positive experience at Tui Magic Life in Rhodes last year we decided to try this hotel for a wide family holiday over Easter. I was concerned about a couple of things before we travelled so I will mention those here. First off though, I should start by saying that we had a great holiday and i sure that we will return. The food and entertainment were both excellent and the hotel itself is great and very well looked after. Before we went, I was concerned about the weather. I need not have worried. If you are searching back to see what it will be like over Easter in 2025 then all I can say is that for the end of March/ beginning of April '24 it was sunny every day with temperatures ranging from 20 degrees on day 1 up to 25-27 degrees most days. The weather could not have been better. The other thing that bothered me was that we were missing a chunk of the football season! Again, no problem. If you turn right out of the front of the hotel and walk for 500 meters you will come to the Titanic bar. They can get any match going! They also stayed open for us until 1.30 am so we could see Wales lose on penalties! A couple of things I would have liked from the hotel. 1. We travelled as a group of 5 adults and two under the age of 3. The hotel has great kids pool but it would have been lovely if that pool could be heated. 2. We had three rooms in the main hotel building (which is huge!). All of them faced out of the front of the hotel. The view is poor. Mountains in the distance but they overlook a works compound (see photo). I wish we had gone for the pool/ sea view rooms. 3. As mentioned, there is a good kids pool but there is nothing for the babies. It would be great to have a splash zone like the Rhodes Magic Life hotel last year or the hotel next door to Jacaranda. Overall though an excellent hotel and fantastic value for money. Finally, a special mention for Cal Richard. It was his first week on the entertainment team but our holiday would not have been the same without him. Keep it going Cal! Thank you all.

The welcome at the hotel reception was probably the only helpful conversation with staff members we had during our stay so far at the hotel, and we are 3 days into our week’s stay at the hotel. Not long after our arrival late in the evening, we queried about the 24 hour snack bar, as we was no doubt peckish, to have been pretty much sent around the entire hotel complex by several staff members, to only find the snacks are located in the main restaurant. It was slightly concerning that the staff members not to have known this piece of information, and possibly the hotel map needs a bit of updating to be a bit clearer. The wrist bands you are provided are a great idea as your room key, except they all seem extremely large, and have had issues with them falling off my wrist. We have spoken to the front desk a few times now, the first being about the room’s air conditioning which seemed to not work at all, to then be told that it’s not ‘active’ due to it not being their peak time, and although our room was 30 degrees+ at night… there was nothing more they could do and hung up. We also called the front desk regarding to a strange loud singing coming from outside the front of the hotel, the first occurrence happening at 5am the previous morning. When querying the front desk over the noise they just dismissed it and said they couldn’t hear anything… I will have to record this to share next time it happens. The room itself is nice and spacious for 3 people and 1 baby but the room itself could do with some repairs. Both our shower and sink leaking water at the sides… at this point it should just be a big ‘wet room’. The only other disappointing room item is the lack of towels, and we find we have to share them and try them on the balcony. One point my son was walking his daughter round the complex and needed to change her, to only find the baby changing stations are only located in the women’s bathrooms, which was a bit disappointing for a family hotel. The access to the beach is terrible… admitted there is a spiral like path going down, but this is then cut off due to some building work the hotel is doing (something similar to the neighbour hotel I would imagine), but with this gone, you have to take some steep steps down onto the beach, which is not ideal with a baby and buggy. With that said, some of the staff we have encountered seem very polite and nice such as the life guard in the indoor pool.

It was a good experience, we have fully enjoyed our stay and we wil never forget...the services was amazing the staff is very friendly, It diserves the 5 stars...many thanks to Manager Mr. Hakan and all his team...Rejeb, shahin were brilliant. We will come back as soon as we can.

We went just before the summer season started. We had a fantastic time, my daughter Olivia is nearly 2 years old and she had the time of her life. Room was great, plenty of choice of fresh food which changed everyday. The staff were so friendly in particular Gezim at the wunderbar who gave us wonderful service and made sure we had a brilliant time. Will definitely go back!!

I stayed at Jacaranda for two weeks. It was very quiet due to low number of guests, this suited me. Pros. Pleased with the spacious room and the bathroom was nice too - modern. The standard of cleanliness was good and the hotel has all the facilities you would expect for a hotel of its size. I liked the indoor pool and the food was tasty, I'm quite fussy but always found something I enjoyed. The gardens are well maintained and I enjoyed playing with the cats. The soft drinks in mini bar were free and there was tea and coffee in the room. The beach is lovely but it is down a steep incline if you take the most direct route but I noticed a shallower ramp to make it accessible for all. Cons. The walls are very thin and the fridge is noisy so make sure you take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I couldn't often sit in the Cafe House because I couldn't tolerate the smell of cigarette smoke which blows into the place from the smoking area. Non-smokers will probably find the Cafe House unpleasant for this reason. Didn't have any contact with Guest Relations, didn't even see a desk so had to speak to reception for things I needed who aren't very friendly - but perhaps this was due to language barrier (English). There wasn't really any entertainment beyond a quiz, a pianist, disco dancing and bingo, probably due to the low number of guests at the time I visited. Unfortunately the beach bar doesn't appear to serve spirits (g&t) so bear in mind it's probably beer or wine if you want to drink alcohol at the beach. In conclusion, I was happy with the hotel for the price I paid. There are always ******* with any resort but I would consider returning to Jacaranda in the future.

Don’t do there or at least don’t go in winter, they closed the big kids club, and opened a very small one and no one will leave children under 7 there even for half hour. Staff don’t speak English, not nice. You have to look for them for a drink. Food are disgusting, three restaurants supply same food. Especially they are not nice to Asian faces.

Thank you Tui Magic Life, for the wonderful experience. The holiday and New Years holidays were great. Service, food, cleanliness - everything was perfect. The whole New Year's Eve was magic. Special thanks to the chef. We will certainly visit you again

This hotel is a star , never ever been to a place where you instantley feel at home and comfortable the rooms were lovely ,the whole hotel was sparkly clean ,fresh and tidy The staff so polite friendly and helpful ,big shout out to Tina and kane who were so wonderful with our little ones Lottie and Lacey ,we will definateley be back Oh and the food .... was superb well done to the chefs , cooks , and kitchen staff
