Awesome experience and family resort for the kids. Food should be better.

Had an excellent stay, beginning with making the reservation. They gave us detox water to greet us, quick the check-in process, and offered lots of things to do including boat rides, guided river walks, indoor games, kid's play areas, turf courts, and more. Additionally, the food tasted delicious.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food was good, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. “The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable". I definitely wanted to type some words about the staff 1. Swetha from the reservation team - excellent staff, the way she understood my requirements was outstanding. She is an asset to Coco Lagoon. Swetha keep up your good job and you will reach heights. lovely to speak and looking forward to booking again and speaking to you. 2. Dinesh: you are a rock star I would say. event ***agement ***ager he is and a great show was organized and he made the audience so cheerful and kept all of us happy. and should also put a few words about Sandhya and ***ir's reception and home service staff who were so kind in getting our requirements done, good job guys.

This is the best resort property we've been to! Right from checking in, everything was so smooth. Very friendly and helpful staff, special mention to Mr. Jo, the general ***ager and Mr. Abhishek, who ***ages the food and Beverage operations. We were a group of 40, and they catered to each of our needs and wants! Highly recommend this one for those looking for a lovely getaway from the city

We had our M.Sc reunion at this beautiful resort away from hustle and bustle of the cities. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay because of the activities they have at this resort.The activity ***ager Mr.Dinesh is very good in engaging us with his innovative games,bonafire, bullock cart ride, river walk, dancing to the tunes.He used to be there when ever we want something and fulfil the same with a smile. I wish to go back to this place again and again. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained with beautiful landscaped garden. Chef Susendiran dished out tasty breakfast items every day. His Pine apple kesari is very delicious. We used to wait for breakfast everyday.The breakfast spread is vast with so ***y options. Evening snacks were lip smacking. Check in and check out was made easier by front officers Dhi*** and Akhil. The senior associate Shafeek and his associate Ignesh served always with a smile n the restaurant.

We had an idyllic stay here- a highlight of our trip through southern India. Rooms were very comfortable, staff was great especially Parthi who took us on an unforgettable river walk and taught us to make baskets out of coconut leaves Wished we could have stayed longer!

Nice place to stay and hiegine and Rahul, Saravan and Sabik kept very clean and provided proactive support for every guests. Surrounded by coconut trees and river and pond views make this place more unique.

I stayed in this hotel for my wedding day and stayed in the room. They were great,Shahjahan, Gokul, Rahul, Udaya ,who made these wonderful arrangements for meThank you so much for creating such a moment for me

We went in July so it was very pleasant. Not rainy nor hot. The overall experience was very good because the rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and food was good enough. The ambience was very peaceful and beautiful with the rooms all facing a central pond where boating could be done. The trees and plants were beautiful. They have indeed taken care to do the exterior and interiors well. Liked the floral shirt uniforms of the staff too. It is no five star experience but a good weekend get away for people staying a couple of hours away from this location. The common infinity swimming pool was big enough for a good time in the water with family. They also have bullock cart ride, zorbing, coconut leaf craft class, bonfire at nights and river walk in the mornings. The pool inside the villas were the best. The people in charge seem to be knowledgable enough about hospitality and customer experience but the lower staff needs to be trained more. The rooms didn’t have tissue or coffee mugs or glasses each time House Keeping finished cleaning. Though the senior staff apologized and promptly corrected their mistakes. They had room service and Netflix so kids had a relaxing dinner time watching movies after the morning activities. Overall very good place and would certainly recommend this to everyone. Mr. Parthiban in charge of activities was friendly and helpful in whatever we asked him off. The cherry on the top was when he took a beautiful family picture of us outside in the garden and gave us two free framed copies in 5 minutes!
