마르텔레티(Locanda Martelletti)

Ironically , the village name is fro m the Latin expression for fatigue given that it's hard work getting anywhere within the village on foot. It's on climb after another. However, that means once one has arrived. There is isolation and peace from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding world. Franca runs the B&B with a little help from her daughters. She provided ideal breakfasts including her youngest's delicious home-made marmalade . The structure is a maze of antique but delightful, clean and very spacious rooms. She and her girls are very friendly and helpful and gave us all the tips we needed to see the best of the surrounding areas on daytrips from their B&B as a base. The village itself has all the essentials but it's best to lunch in one of the many very interesting larger towns within easy reach by car. We strongly recommend Locanda Martelletti for a relaxing break. The quality of the air in the area is exceptional. We slept like logs without any artificial cooling even though down on the surrounding plains , it was hot and stuffy.

Locanda situata in piazza Statuto nei pressi del Comune. La proprietaria molto gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, offrendo un servizio davvero ottimo. La colazione davvero buona con tanti prodotti , torte e biscotti fatti dalla figlia. La stanza molto bella che si affaccia sul cortile interno ci regalava paesaggi magici all'alba. Comodi i letti e rilassante la quiete che regnava intorno. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Consiglio anche il ristorante annesso.

Tutto perfetto, la stanza, la pulizia, la disponibilità e la location nel cuore di questo bellissimo borgo. Colazione ottima! Nel basso Monferrato una vera perla! Vicino c’è un ristorante fantastico! Un salto ad Asti o a Casale Monferrato non può mancare!

Siamo appena tornati da una notte con colazione io e mio marito in questa locanda. Location veramente suggestiva. Staff gentilissimo e professionale. Camera grande,calda e pulita con bel bagno. Colazione prettamente dolce con prodotti di qualità molto buona. La consigliamo vivamente a tutti

Ho il piacere di scrivere una recensione a questa locanda. Nonostante avessimo prenotato con smartbox siamo stati accolti benissimo con gentilezza e cortesia,cosa non scontata. Camere belle e comode,colazione fantastica con prodotti fatti in casa in uno dei borghi più belli. Lo consiglio
