Basic cheap overnight stay whilst visiting Hampton Court. Would stay again. Pub 1 minute walk from the hotel and on the doorstep (nice food)

We had one pillow each. Which needed two. The room needs a re paint, cleaning of the carpet and floors. Re seal needs to be done around the room. The door frame in the bathroom is hanging off at the top. We stayed in room 8. Either room 9 or above was having a busy night 3/4 rounds of bed shaking and women moaning/ screaming. Why put a couple next to family rooms. My 18 year old never slept at all. It had an impact on her. She said she never was to stay at a premier inn again! I would say the rating is a two star, as it needs a good clean and paint work done.

Excellent customer service form Alex , very friendly and welcoming , she was extremely polite and helpful and always had a wonderful smile on her face , who could ask for any more after hard days work . Thank you very much Alex making us feel welcome.

The usual efficient check-in, friendly service, and comfortable room. You wouldn't choose it for a romantic weekend away (at least I wouldn't), but it gets the job done and you feel you've got value for money. Plenty of free parking, which is always a plus for us too.

The entrance to the hotel was underwhelming, the palm trees are half dead and the grass is dead with **** filled planters randomly scattered alongside the path. Nice welcome from the front desk lady Room 42 was 27.5 degrees inside, no air con just a single fan and the icing on the cake was that the bathroom fan did not work, which we realised after having a shower, so the bathroom became a sauna!! Did ask for another fan, hotel full so non available. After going out to the races, we came back to the room and packed up and left as couldn’t face another night there. It was cooler in the hallways!! The hotel is tired, with blown windows and tired rooms Sort it out Premier Inn.

Overall a good experience. Nice quiet location, comfy bed, friendly staff, very handy having restaurant next door (quality mixed, my main wasn't great but my partner enjoyed his). Free parking too. Only issue was travel cot mattresses (we tried both available) were completely worn out and need replacing, all the padding had shifted so it was basically bare boards. Staff did try to help with giving us two options but both were unfortunately terrible. We'd stay again but bring our own cot mattress next time. I did raise with reception as we left so hoping they will replace them for future guests....
