전반적으로 즐거운 숙박. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원, 작지만 깨끗한 객실, 안정적인 Wi-Fi 연결, 신선한 과일 주스, 페이스트리, 치즈, 햄, 요거트 등으로 구성된 조식 뷔페. 호텔에서는 올인원 샴푸/샤워젤/세안제를 제공하고 있으니 컨디셔너가 필요하신 분은 지참하시는 것이 좋습니다.

Okay hotel. Needs renovation. Expensive parking. Breakfast option okay - nothing spacial. Internet was very slow.

이곳은 파리 외곽의 클리시 지역에 있는 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 저는 패럴림픽 2주차에 다른 가족 4명과 함께 머물렀습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고, 도움이 되었고, 우리에게 매우 친절했습니다. 어떤 일이든 힘들지 않았습니다. 저는 우리의 숙박이 순조롭게 진행되도록 보장해 준 Loua, Inesa, Fatima, Rachid에게 특별히 언급하고 싶습니다. 리셉션 구역에서 무료로 제공되는 커피, 차, 과자는 깜짝 선물이었고 매우 감사했습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했고, 유럽식 조식이 풍부했습니다. 전반적으로 이곳은 파리를 방문하기 위한 거점으로 사용하기에 매우 좋은 호텔이며, 기회가 된다면 주저하지 않고 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 우리를 잘 돌봐준 위에서 언급한 모든 직원들에게 감사드립니다.

5월에 남자친구, 그의 딸, 그녀의 친구와 함께 Taylor Swift 콘서트를 위해 여기에 머물렀습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 매우 좋았습니다. 리셉션은 친절했고, 아침 식사(첫날 밤)는 매우 좋았습니다. 둘째 날 밤에 정전이 있었습니다. 우리는 다음날 아침 조식 룸에 도착했을 때, 비어 있고 아침 식사도 없는 것을 보고야 이 사실을 깨달았습니다. 호텔에서 사전 대응적인 의사소통이 없었습니다. 무슨 일인지 물었더니, 정전이 발생하여 수리 중이라고 했습니다. 우리는 모퉁이에 있는 다른 Ibis(저가)에서 아침 식사를 할 수 있었지만, 분명히 덜 맛있었고, 아이들이 떠드는 지하실이었습니다. 선택할 수 있는 것도 적었습니다. 밤에도 여전히 업데이트나 전기가 없었습니다. 그들은 언제든지 수리할 것이라고 계속 확신시켰습니다. 우리는 도시를 탐험하러 갔습니다. 하루가 끝나고 콘서트를 준비하기 위해 돌아왔습니다. 여전히 전기가 없었습니다. 찬물 샤워만 할 수 있었고, 거의 어두워진 상태에서 메이크업을 했습니다. 남자친구는 일해야 해서 호텔에 머물렀지만, 다시 한번 조명도 와이파이도 없었습니다. 한밤중에 마침내 전기가 들어와서 우리를 깨웠습니다. 다음날 아침, 호텔에서 사과는 없었습니다. 체크아웃할 때, 의사소통이나 책임감이 전혀 없었기 때문에 부분 환불을 요구했습니다. 이런 일이 일어날 수 있다는 것은 충분히 이해하지만, 중요한 것은 이런 일을 처리하는 방식입니다. 접수원이 그런 결정을 내릴 수 없어서 아무것도 얻지 못했습니다. 대신 매니저의 이메일 주소를 받았습니다. 지금까지 5주가 넘었고, 여러 이메일을 보낸 후에도 여전히 답변을 기다리고 있습니다. 방금 접수원에게 전화해서 매니저에게 이메일을 다시 보냈다고 했지만, 답변을 할지 말지는 그가 결정한다고 말했습니다. 고객을 이런 식으로 대하는 것은 정말 부끄러운 일이라고 생각합니다. 저는 항상 이비스에 머물렀지만, 다시 예약하는 것은 두 번 생각해 볼 것입니다.

Stayed for 4 nights in the family room on 5th floor, was pleased that sofa bed folded out to 2 separate beds as kids had their own bed. Room was a decent size for us. Breakfast was a very good offering and it set us up nicely each day. Appreciated that it was available from 6am-10am as this was good for both early starts and the days we wanted a bit of a longer lie. We also loved the sweets in reception area that were always available. Location was good, quick walk to metro which had us in the centre of Paris in about 20 mins and also some nice restaurants nearby. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Beds were comfortable and lovely and clean. Some small issues - air con wasn’t very good and it was hot for October but we slept with windows open and that was fine (although a bit noisy in the street in the morning). Very slight damp smell but I think this is because the bathroom fan wasn’t working. Could do with a mirror at the desk as was hard to dry hair at plug at the door where the mirror was as hairdryer cord was short and plug was low. Staff could not have been more helpful, every person we came across was helpful and genuine, we really appreciated that. All in all, I would stay here again, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to all the lovely staff!

This hotel is well located, not far from the central areas of Paris, but just far enough to get some peace and space. There is a metro station within 5 minutes walk which offers very frequent trains to central Paris. Also there are several cafes, restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We had a car with us and found the hotel parking very helpful, only 18 euros per night. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious by Paris standards, beds comfortable, very clean. One downside is that the air-con is controlled and cannot go any lower than 23 degrees, this was uncomfortably warm for us to sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, pastries, cheeses, ham, juice, teas and coffees - the hotel was busy but the staff worked hard to keep the food and drink supplies refreshed. Also there is cool water and other refreshments available in reception all day. The area around the hotel seemed quite safe to us, even after dark.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast spread was limited but good. A minute's walk away from the metro station. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us get around the city as well. Rooms were small but cleaned well everyday. The sofa-cum-bed was a bit creaky but now a show stopper. Overall, we would definitely want to come back here, particularly because of the warm Parisian hospitality of the people who run the place.

The hotel was very good value for money, located right next to the metro station mairie del Clichy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, well stocked and fresh. The rooms were comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the dark side but good none the less

I would not come back to this place if not for the staff and their helpful behaviour. Every one is so ready to welcome and assist you. Special shout out to Orphelia, Hussain and Rashid , who were there to support me most of the times. However, each one was ready with a smile asking about your well being. Location, despite the proximity to the metro station is not an advantage, since the metro is always packed, this being a suburb. I personally did not find it safe late at night, though there was nothing untoward. Small but clean rooms, good room service. However, one thing that irritated me every day was the sticky , not so clean floor near the dining area and inside the lift. There was something sticky inside the lift, clearly visible on the very first day. On being asked about it, o was told not to worry since it was because of the rain!!!This could not get cleaned even after 7 days of mu stay when I was leaving.

All the hotel staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful most spoke very good English or understood our poor French. Breakfast selection was good and the rooms were kept clean with fresh towels daily. The location is quiet but there are some very good bars and restaurants nearby. The metro station and. Supermarket are close by. We would definitely recommend to others to stop there when visiting Paris on a budget. We got a taxi from Charles du Gaulle Airport and it was 55 Euros flat fee and 63 euros when we returned which we felt was good value as there were 4 of us

We were in Paris for my daughters 18th birthday it was our first time in Paris . I was nervous about my hotel booking as I had heard a few things about Paris and areas just outside like clichy not being safe . I can honestly say this is totally not true clichy is so safe and lovely the hotel is clean the rooms are on the small side but we were very happy with ours and there was 4 of us in it . The breakfast is yummy nothing hot but a great selection we loved it . But the star of the show is the staff so friendly can’t do enough for you . We loved Paris and loved this hotel and area would definitely stay here again thank you ibis styles clichy

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Rooms were clean and we had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was plenty and delicious, the coffee machine was great too. The free candy bar, free water/lemonade and pastries was a nice added bonus. The Metro station was close and it wasn't far to get to all the attractions. Will definitely come back again when we visit Paris.

Brilliant location with very easy access to public transport, restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Sylvain in particular was excellent with very good communication, very warm and friendly. Very clean cosy rooms !! Overall a good stay ! Thanks very much

Sylviain, the manager made all the difference and made our stay a 5 star one - as did all the lovely staff which makes this a 5 star hotel for us! Easy to find, great secure parking( with EV charging) and close to metro and all amenities including some restaurants. What more would you want! Our choice for a Paris stay thanks again to the team for making a difference ( and a great breakfast to boot)!
