키리아 프레스티지 클레르몽 페랑(Kyriad Prestige Clermont Ferrand)

On 30th of july 22 we checked in at Kyriad Prestige Hotel Clermont Ferrand. We plant a stop-over on our way back to Berlin, and we were looking forward to a modern, comfortable and attractive hotel, as described on *********** To make a long story short, it was a complete disappointment. Sorry: It was a disaster. The lobby and the breakfast-room are very cozy and convincing, but: As we discovered the two leftover bedrooms out of the eighties, contained with a carpet "talking" about the parties of the last decade, which do not fit to the modern imagery displayed on ***********, we felt already disapointed. We will leave that behind, to come straight to the point: As we went to bed, we discovered a wet mattress. I've never experienced anything like this. A wet, urinated mattress in a four star hotel? I tried to call the reception. But the telephone was dead.. no line. Okay, next disappointment. So, I got up, changed again clothes to get down to the reception. But no one at the desk. I rang the bell, and waited for the night porter, who occurred after 5 minutes. He came up to check the mattress too, and confirmed the disgusting condition of the mattress. (He was really nice, and tried to apologize the situation) Due to the fact, the kyriad was fully booked, he offered a stay at a hotel in the neighborhood. Which would have been a good idea, if I would have traveled alone, and not with two little kids and my wife, so I decided not to relocate the half of the family at midnight, and stayed with my son in that room, with the wet matress... At least we got a free breakfast, and a dead end email communication until end of the year 2022, because we tried to get our money back. Until now, we did not received anything back, and no answer to our last request.

Bonjour.. Séjour du 12 au 14 Janvier 2023..(chambre double prestige 406).. Accueil parfait.... Chambre spacieuse... Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.. Emplacement au top..6 min à pied du centre ville.. Merci à toute l'équipe...!..et notamment à Sonia..! Chiara et Stéphane..et..Mylkie..( pomsky crème )

Emplacement central très pratique. Équipe muette et transparente. Excellent petit déjeuner. Places de parking très étroites. Une partie de la chambre remise au goût du jour, une autre, monocolore et affreuse. Chambres propres. Salle de bain vieillotte.

nous avons réservé pour une prestation 4 étoiles comme nous la retrouvons très souvent notamment peignoirs et chaussons.... Or chambre petite, salle de bains franchement exiguë et wc dans la chambre ! j'ai franchement l'impression de me retrouver dans les années 80! Quant à la clim bruyante elle est pleine de poussière ! L'employée à l'accueil limite aimable m'a dit " c'est la norme 4 étoiles je vais vous la montrer " visiblement me prenant pour un inculte Pour infos je voyage très souvent j'ai déposé plus de 160 avis et j'essaye toujours d'être objectif donc j'estime avoir le droit de dire que la prestation n'est pas du tout conforme à un hôtel prétendument 4 étoiles. Je ne connaissais pas cette chaine je vais l'oublier très vite !

Excellent hôtel nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Nous revenons tous les 2 ans pour passer Noël en famille . L'hôtel a été refait avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner-buffet propose un grand choix. Le personnel à l'accueil est très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bel hôtel, chambre, spacieuse et très propre. très bonne situation, proche du centre ville. Le personnel est parfait et très accueillant. Parking souterrain très facile d’accès. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et excellent. À recommander vivement.

Un hôtel très bien placé. Proche de la place de Jaude. Parking de l’hôtel très petit et souvent complet. Parking payant a 5 min a pied.

Hôtel confortable et propre avec un excellent personnel. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Hotel préstigieux comme son nom l'indique mais en plein centre-ville donc: - circulation dense et compliqué (30 min pour faire 500m) - Peu de place de parking le reste est top dommage que l'hôtel propose un spa mais ne fonctionne pas
