The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

We always use Ibis. Mistakenly thought flashy paint and higher price would be good. Wrong. Just a typical Ibis. Tatty room and bathroom - Room 11. Staff hardly smiled. Hugely disappointing at the price. Will use Mercure down the road next time. There was nothing we enjoyed about being there.

My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smoker´s room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof. Friendly staff and good restauranr ballaced the negatives.

As very regular users of Accor hotels we found this hotel to be up to the high standard that you would expect from the Accor group. Clean, well organised and totally satisfactory. However, unusually, the restaurant attached to this hotel is totally unacceptably poor. Admittedly it is not expensive but my “pièce de boeuf” was totally inedible and with so much sinew that even a steak knife couldn't cut it and my wife's piece of duck was equally horrible. The waiter kindly agreed to change the duck for salmon tartare, which, disappointingly, proved to be totally tasteless. An Ibis Styles Hotel should have a restaurant of a far higher standard attached to it. We will not be returning as being on the edge of the town it seems unlikely that there will be a better independent restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. A great disappointment.

Easy access from autoroute but far out of the centre of the city.

Family stopover. Close to motorway which is great. EV charging points that cost 10 euros no matter how much you charge which is great. Nice on site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good stop.

Le Personnel est très accueillant et très professionnel Les Chambres sont excellent état et très propres et accueillantes La Restauration est parfaite tant pour le dîner que pour les petits déjeuners Je ne connaissais pas cet hôtel mais y retournerai avec plaisir

Une seule personne pour tout gérer avant 19h00. Impossible de boire une boisson chaude ou froide après un long trajet en voiture avant l'ouverture du "restaurant" lui aussi minimaliste, il n'y a pas d'entrées...Après le repas il a été très difficile de pouvoir amener ses tasses de deca dans notre chambre. Les chambres sont OK mais les prestations sont indignes d'un Ibis style. On n'y reviendra pas, dommage pour la jeune fille à l'accueil qui, débordée, a fait ce qu'elle pouvait.

Chambre plus au nord froide brrrrrr Chauffage réglé à 19 On est à Clermont Ferrand et franchement qd on sort de la douche ça caille
