햄프턴 인 & 스위트 클리어워터 비치(Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach)

Changed my room three times and they all reeked of mold. Mold stains on towels and other things. Couldn’t even sit on the sofa from how dirty it was . I had to pay for an upgraded room even though it was the room I was already promised. Receptionist had an attitude when I complained about the smell and asked if all rooms had that same smell. Way overpriced for such a horrible place

We stayed here again we love it but there were a few things i could change. We came to the room and it was great lots of room but i notice in alot hotel rooms. not alot of storage for clothes a dresser would be great. Also the shower curtain was very short so when the turn on shower water got on floor had to have it replaced took a couple of trys on curtains to get the right one and the hand held shower head leaked. It would be nice if pool stay open later.

I recently enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The service, the accommodations, and the overall experience absolutely blew us away. The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites were truly amazing. Greg and Julie, in particular, were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. The rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites were spotlessly clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views were stunning. The Hampton Inn & Suites breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had. There was a wide variety of food, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and waffles. The Hampton Inn & Suites, Clearwater, Florida, is also a great family-friendly hotel. There is a pool, a play area, and a lounge/bar on the rooftop. Overall, we had an incredible stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. This will be our every three months vacation! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. **Here are some specific things that I loved about the Hampton Inn & Suites, Clearwater, FL** * The breakfast buffet was delicious, and a wide variety of food. * The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. * The rooms were spacious and clean. * The ocean views were amazing. * The hotel is family-friendly, with plenty of amenities for kids.

I’m loyal customer to Hampton hotel and this was my third stay at this property but this visit I was so disappointed of one the stuff’s attitude and the way she addressed my issue when I reported that my room had ants. I requested to move to another room but the stuff stated that the hotel was booked. However when I checked online there were couple rooms available. She asked one of the cleaning guys to use products anti ants and I was totally disappointed and unhappy about the service and the cleanliness of the room . This will be my last visit to this location in Clearwater and can’t refer it to a friend.

We booked the beachfront suite and had an amazing view of the gulf! Hotel was easy to access, as was the parking garage. Staff were friendly and professional, FREE hot breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed the private beach, rented chairs and a cabana, and "Cabanas" bar and restaurant right on the beach was great. If I had one criticism it would be the clothing storage in the room - there was a nice sized closet but only a few hangers and only one small cabinet with three drawers. Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers mostly kept clothing in our luggage. Nice restaurants, mini golf, and a small grocery store are across the street.

Room was very muggy and smelly. The carpet felt very wet and the pillows were very flat.

The housekeepers spoiled the experience. We were granted a late checkout; my parents needed to get extra rest, but the housekeepers, apparently, were not informed and kept on banging at the door several times. Not only did they disregard the No Disturb sign, but they also opened the door every time. Despite they saying that they got a late checkout, they insisted. The lobby staff are very pleasant and the room was comfortable, the hotel is well located. But the breakfast is not good, the eggs resembled plastic, no real yolk. No meats.

Went here for our babymoon and absolutely loved our view of the ocean from our balcony! The breakfast was pretty good and the room was nice and spacious. We liked that several restaurants and mini golf were within easy walking distance. The only slight annoyances were having our balcony over the restaurant so music played pretty late into the night, parking being $25/night, and having to pay for a beach chair. All in all, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here.

First time at Hampton and we would love to go back. The rates were good, the rooms were clean, and the service in the dining areas was very good. There needs to be a higher level of communication. Took us nearly 2 hours to check in without anyone communicating with us throughout that time as to the status of our room until it was finally ready. We had 2 small dogs and waiting that long was uncomfortable. The breakfast was free so you can't beat that but it was not what you would call excellent. The television was difficult to decipher and finding channels was not easy. The food at Cabana was very good and the service was outstanding! The two young ladies there on Friday afternoon were exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The views were gorgeous and the beach was not overly crowded.
