홀리데이 인 익스프레스 미들스버러, IHG 호텔(Holiday Inn Express Middlesboro)

This is my 2nd stay here in the last 3 months due to a college move. Location for LMU visit is great, short drive through the tunnel and you're there. My main concern with this hotel is the hit or miss housekeeping. While this time my room was clean, we had no housekeeping except one day where all we asked for was the trash to be removed. The next day we needed fresh towels but never received them, had to call for them. The ladies are lovely and polite but I am not sure about the way they schedule for room upkeep. Free hotel breakfast is standard, pastries, oatmeal, assorted breads and eggs. Juice and coffee as well as tea.

The Holiday Inn Express in Middlesboro was excellent. The room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. My room was on the side facing the road, but I had no problem sleeping. When I checked out I asked if the rooms on the other side were quieter since I would consider returning if passing through the area again. Even though I assured them I slept well staff said a preference for a quiet room would be indicated in my file for IHG hotels.

Excellent staff! Safe and clean. Walls could be more insulated, noise travelled too easily from room to room.

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I would recommend staying here. It was clean, the room was nice and spacious, the shower/bathroom was spotless! The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff at check in and check out were courteous and efficient. Room was overall clean except the bathroom. There was hair in the shower that wasn't ours. Housekeeping was a bit noisy in the morning, you could hear their detailed conversation. Rooms are spacious, however if your room faces the front of the hotel, you will hear the noise from the road. Big trucks start driving through well before dawn. Location was good for us for the purpose of our visit

This was hands-down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was pristine and looked as though nobody had ever stayed in it before. The entire hotel was well-kept.

Excellent Stay! Definitely one of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. Comfortable and clean rooms and amenities, good parking and convenient location that's very close to plenty of places to eat. Good wifi too. Very friendly and helpful staff, I even left a small item in the room and they offered to mail it back to me - thanks! :)

Passing through on a motorcycle tour, perfect place to stay one night. Dylan was friendly and efficient checking us in, and Pam was incredibly helpful with local attractions. Loved our stay!

Great employees all around. Great breakfast selection, included omelettes. Very clean, well maintained.
