서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 그들은 우리가 휴식을 취하고 휴식을 취할 수 있도록 조금 일찍 체크인하게했습니다. 여행에 필요한 것이 몇 가지 또는 많이 필요한 경우 바로 근처에 매장이 있다는 것을 확인하는 것도 좋습니다.

So frustrating and seriously disappointing. A gorgeous location with views of the Hudson River and some lovely architecture …..but…..the property is poorly managed and filthy. Sticky carpets and dingy furniture. It smelled in the reception area (possibly the Catonese restaurant next door…. it was mentioned people who stay in the rooms over the restaurant have been known to complain about the smell). Regardless of Michelin stars for the restaurant , if you aren’t into having Catonese fusion food smells in your hotel room…chose another location onsite. The Goosefeathers restaurant is leasing the space from the Tarrytown House and is not associated with the property otherwise. There is no room service or food on-site for the guests. We were advised there is uber eats and we can call. The staff on-site seemed seriously disinterested in our presence. Not a smile or staff asking “anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable?” No smiles….seriously lacking pride in their work and no desire to be a premier site. This is a shame. An experienced energetic manager is needed to snap this place into back into shape. Not sure what the business plan is….but it could be improved to be more vacation like - but right now it is sad….Oh well. Hopefully this review gets to management and at least they will clean the carpets. ps not a very good set up for handicap - wheelchair access due to the hills, but saw some unmanned golf carts….maybe if there was engaged staff those would be available to shuttle guests around the property. But alas, it felt like there was no one in charge watching the store.

출장차 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 이 호텔의 위치는 매우 편리하고 고속도로에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있으며 기차는 맨하탄으로 직접갑니다. 맨하탄을 여행하기 위해 기차를 사용했는데, 타임스퀘어에 쉽게 접근 할 수있었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고, 직원들이 무거운 교통 지역을 위생적으로 하는 것을 보고 매우 감동했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 제가 그곳에 있을 때 엘리베이터 중 하나가 고장 났지만 직원이 짐을 방으로 운반하는 것을 도와주었습니다. 떠나기 전에 엘리베이터가 수리되었습니다. 이것은 조용한 서비스에 대한 인상입니다. 이 특정 호텔에서 고객 서비스가 우선적 인 것 같습니다.

第三次住這個酒店了 這次大堂重新裝修了 又臨近聖誕節 很漂亮 早餐很豐盛 餐具質感很好 房間也很大 臨近過年 每天都有各種event 工作人員都很nice 以及隔壁的牛排館真的是每次必吃 超讚

호텔은 오래되어 보이지만 잘 관리되어 HILTON 호텔에 속합니다. 방은 창문을 열 방법이 없으며 약간 젖어 있습니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크 Xiaohe는 기꺼이 채팅합니다. 레드닷의 차가 갔던 공항을 예약할 수 있어 매우 편리했다.

The front desk is absolutely professional! Witness a very angry Spanish lady whom she booked her reservation online and was demanding the front desk manager to acknowledge the rate. Which was not a good way to speak in that matter if she would’ve been nice maybe it would have been acknowledged. Besides that my stay was absolutely great!! Workers are terrific!! And they mention and grab and go breakfast which they made very clear! I’d definitely recommend this place !! Hospitality was great!!!
