had an absolutely lovely time staying at this hotel albeit the fact it’s 20-mins walk from the pier and another added 10-min walk to the beach area. but this made me make full use of enjoying the room, pool, and some of the bar’s food, and doing nothing and be in the moment love the studio room for it’s size- felt like home away from home. had a beautiful view overlooking the pool as well. only downside is that somehow mosquitoes manage to enter the room even though windows and doors are closed! but they are easy to kill so it’s okay. staff are friendly; will come back to stay again if i ever return!

Location is good, but the facilities are old and not really well taken care of. As mentioned by other reviews, the price does not match what you get. It’s located on one of the more quiet beaches on the island, and especially at night, it is not easy to reach the more lively areas of the island. If coming back to Koh Samet I would not chose this accommodation again.

나는 수년에 걸쳐 Samed Cabana에 약 6번 머물렀고 항상 Koh Samed로 돌아 오는 것을 즐깁니다. Vongdeuan은 따뜻한 청록색 바다가 있는 아름다운 백사장 초승달 모양의 해변입니다. Samed Cabana는 멋진 수영장 주변의 해변에서 4블록 떨어진 2 위 2 아래에 업그레이드와 더 똑똑한 새 방이 절실히 필요한 최고의 해변 방갈로로 나니다. 방콕 태국 가족에게 인기 있는 주말 휴양지이기 때문에 방갈로의 가격은 1박에 3000바트 이상으로 높은 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 나무 해변 방갈로는 환상적인 위치에 있지만 매우 낡고 조명이 약하고 불편한 침대, 차가운 샤워 및 제한된 전원 포인트입니다. 나는 더블 침대에 대해 3000 바트 이상을 지불했고 싱글 시트와 함께 두 개의 싱글을 지불했습니다. 매우 가난한 것으로 나타났습니다. 내가 Covid 동안 여기에 올 수 있었고 해변에서 유일한 서양인이었을 때조차도 가격은 떨어지지 않았기 때문에 분명히 호텔은 상황에 만족합니다. 나는 이번 방문이 새로운 회사에 의해 인수 된 호텔을 발견했기 때문에 그들이 아주 오래된 해변가 방갈로를 개선하기 위한 조치를 시행하기를 바랍니다. 나는 여전히 Koh Samed를 방문하는 것을 좋아하지만 방갈로가 개조되고 가격이 하락할 때까지 Samed Cabana를 놓칠 것입니다.

우리는 해변가 빌라를 2일 동안 예약했습니다. 숙소가 너무 마음에 들어서 하룻밤 더 머물기로 결정했습니다. 이 장소에 관한 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심합니다. 모든 요청은 환한 미소로 즉시 해결되었습니다. 그들은 장소와 아름다운 주변 환경을 깨끗하고 아름답게 유지합니다. 방은 넓고 채광이 좋습니다. 매일 방을 청소해주시고, 큰 수건도 새로 넣어주셨어요. 위치가 훌륭합니다. 해변이 훌륭하고 바다도 완벽합니다. 수영장도 완벽해요. 우리는 꼭 다시 여기에 머물러 올 것입니다. 정말 놀라운 경험이었습니다. 우리를 여기에 초대해 주셔서 감사합니다

여자친구와 함께 처음으로 섬에 여행을 갔습니다. 왕복 패키지(섬횡단 보트와 왕복)로 예약했습니다. 그리고 호텔까지 송테우) 처음에는 몇 가지 문제가 있었지만 호텔 직원들이 잘 처리해주었습니다. ⇔수영장을 갖춘 해변 숙소. 개인장비 완비 좋은 서비스 직원 여러분을 환영하는 웰컴 드링크가 마련되어 있습니다. 체크인 시간 전에 가서 바로 입장했어요. 숙박비에는 조식이 포함되어 있습니다. 객실은 대부분 외국인 관광객입니다. 호텔에서 멀지 않은 곳에 오토바이 대여점이 있습니다. (단, 섬 입구 바로 앞에서 빌리는 것을 추천합니다.) 정말 인상깊은 여행이었습니다. 돌아오는 길에 직원이 우리를 배웅해 주었습니다. 게다가 우리가 보트에 탑승하고 돌아올 때까지 기다리세요. 나는 매우 감동 받았습니다. 다시 돌아갈 기회가 있습니다. 이 호텔을 추천해주세요 😋

전용 해변이 있는 사랑스럽고 조용한 리조트. 그다지 바쁜 시간이 아니었고 사랑스러웠습니다. 수영장은 깨끗했고 해변에 대한 접근이 바로 거기에 있었습니다. 물이 내려다보이는 아침을 먹을 수 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 단순하며 좋은 AC, TV, 미니 냉장고였습니다. 편안한 침대. 바다가 내려다보이는 언덕 위의 높은 곳이 마음에 들었습니다. 멋진 설정이었습니다. 어느 방향으로든 레스토랑이 거의 없었으므로 초콜릿 하우스도 적극 권장합니다.

리리뷰어편안한 위치. 거의 섬의 중심에 있습니다. 시끄러운 쇼핑 센터에서 멀리 떨어져 있지만 단계별로 가용성이 있습니다. 해변이 아닌 것처럼 도로 근처에 있습니다. 객실과 호텔 자체에는 나머지 모든 것이 있습니다(무료 신발, 카펫 및 비치 타월 포함). 방에는 무료 물이 있으며 보너스는 몰래 들어가고 상자에 주스가 있습니다(청소 시 매일 업데이트됨). 호스트에 대한 호스트의 반응하는 태도. 아침 식사는 균일해 보일 수 있지만 주문 및 여러 종류의 경우 뜨겁습니다. 게다가 아침 식사로 커피 머신을 사용하는 것은 최근 유바 호텔에서는 드문 일입니다. 호텔에 작은 가게가 있습니다. 진실은 오후 7시까지 작동하며 가격은 ”7/11”보다 약간 높지만 섬의 조건에서 손 아래에서 매우 편리합니다.

리리뷰어Really lovely staff, the rooms are brilliant with the best bed and view. We had breakfast here every morning which is very satisfactory. Come here for the rooms not the beach however, it is not the best and you can not swim due to sea urchins on the sea floor. My favourite part is the gorgeous jungle and garden.

리리뷰어I’ll start by saying that the hotel’s surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. The beach is one of the best on the island - clean and tranquil. It made spending time in the hotel a delight. And overall, we had a really memorable time - which was enhanced by exploring the island on motorbikes every day (which you can rent from the hotel). However, there are a number of areas where there could be significant scope for improvement and which, if improved, could make this a much better class of hotel. These are primarily: 1. There was repeated miscommunication with the hotel staff, who generally-speaking (with the exception of one or two receptionists) have poor English. It would of course be unreasonable to expect everyone to speak perfect English; that’s not my criticism here. But what I will say is that a lack of common language between us and the hotel staff made asking questions, even simple ones, about our trip difficult and led to mistakes. 2. The food is really poor at the hotel restaurant, Breeze. We had expensive Thai food which was inedible in part and the only bad meal which we have had during our two week stay in Thailand. Until improved, I’d suggest going to other restaurants on the island - Banana Bar is a real highlight. 3. The rooms which we were first shown to were unacceptably far away from the main hotel and up a number of flights of steps. We asked to change and were moved with no questions asked, which was a great result for us. We thought the hotel dealt with that issue brilliantly. We wondered how often they had encountered this issue having shown people to those rooms. And to be honest, those rooms shouldn’t really be hired out at all unless it is for a serious discount and it’s made clear to guests when they book. 4. Parts of the hotel feel unloved and a bit neglected to be honest - I don’t want to be too harsh here as it may be that the hotelier hasn’t been able to put as much money back into the resort following COVID and it’s aftermath. In particular, the room showers could do with an update. And generally there is an outdated feel to the hotel which could do with being modernised - the furniture in the common parts, the shower by the pool, etc. For the reasons above and taking into account the price paid for our stay, I would give Ao Prao three stars, but my lasting feeling is that with a bit more money, love and attention to detail, it could become a four or five star in the future.

리리뷰어I'm a professional travel agent and travel expert. I inspect hotel throughout Asia for 6 months already. Big hotel chains has hosted me for a reviews in media in my country. Bofore leaving Thailand I decided to spend some time on a beautiful beach Ao Cho of Samet Island. That's the most beautiful beach here with clear cristal waters and white sand. The resort itself is very old, Iean The Grand View Ao Cho redort which manages Tropical Samet Resort. And Tropical Samet Resort is a newly built part of it. The construction looks very good, but only looks. It is very bad done in details. I stay on a standard room on th second floor. Good bed, no furniture at all. No table, no any chair. So you will not be able to work eith your notebook for some time if you need. The shower is only the wall shower. So when you walk in from the beach you can not only just wash your legs off the sand, you gonna need take your all body shower. It's very inconvenient. For ladies especially, there is only one mirror in the bath room and there is no light to see your face appropriately. So, forget about making a good makeup. There's no safebox in the room. Pay attention to it! You will have to take all your valuables and belongins with you always! No any special place to allicate your luggage. No shelves. The good thing is that you sleep in a new bed. And the room is fresh. But it will be downgraded quickly because the quality of works is so poor. The locker in the door is electronic but it is shacking like it is broken. The restaurant of the resort is very expensive. And the service is very slow and bad. Today I had a dinner. There were only two tables occupied. I waited for my club sandwich for 30 mins. I also ordered hot latte and tgey brought me cappuccino. Ok, I decided to check and ordered latte again. Same. They brought me cappuccino, bitter cappuccino again. Although the restaurant has wide variety of coffee in the menu. And it's definitely supposed to understand the difference between latte and cappuccino. I waited for another cup of coffee 10 mins)) What could be easier to push the button in the coffee machine)) Also how come to mix ketchup and maionese? The chef, where are you from? Are you from far resorted village from the mountains in Thailand? For those travellers who wish to stay here and enjoy the best beach, the hotel is still in shape noting the fact that even bad bad resorts on the island are all full because of high demand now, I advise you to eat in a small cafe like a rasta-bar on the beach. The service is very quick, very delicious, even soups and 2 times cheaper then in the hotel restaurant. Have a safe and enjoyable travel.

리리뷰어First, I chose Koh Samet because I asked a local Thailand friend which island has not been overdeveloped since my early days coming to Thailand in the 1990s. His response was ”head to Koh Samet”. I looked for a value hotel on one of the more southern, less developed beaches which led me to Wong Duean Bay and the Vongdeuan Resort. The pool was a big draw. With the low tide being pretty extreme, it is really nice to have the salt water pool to cool off in and swim laps. The food seemed pretty authentic to me. With mainly Thai visitors coming in on the weekends it figures the food would be good at the Vongdeuan Resort. :) The staff were wonderful and always so fun to share a story or two with. The beach area all along the bay was extremely clean with no plastic on the beach or garbage in the water. This is a big plus when going to the shore in SE Asian countries. There are several beach restaurants but none of them had loud music, at least during the weekdays when I was there. It is definitely a sleepy and peaceful place to enjoy the water at high tide as well as the white sand beach for walks.

리리뷰어The hotel has mini villa type rooms, each with a good-sized balcony to enjoy the beautiful foliage planted all around. The rooms are large, airy, sp****, and super clean. Bathroom size is good too, and all amenities are provided. The bed is one of the softest ones I've ever slept on. Absolutely loved it! Check-in and check-out was smooth, the staff is warm. There's a shortcut which takes you to the main Sai Kaew Beach in a minute's walk. It is also easily walkable (15 mins) from the main ferry pier (Nuan Thip). The hotel did not have a restaurant yet (which we knew before booking), but I did see some construction going on, so they could be adding one in the future, But there's plenty of restaurants on the beach, so no worries there. We had an immensely satisfactory and comfortable stay. Would recommend to all travelers.
