We are located exactly in the heart of the Kuala Terengganu, walking distance to China Town of Kuala Terengganu is about 2minutes. Surrounding us is full of delicious food restaurants. Grab car is easily available to go anywhere you like.

Not worth the price.!
needed alot of upgrades..
Room is okay but dont have mirror and have weird smell..
Toilet very old and not clean, dont have sink , towel hanger and mirror..
Second night elevator breakdown.. As i'm staying with elders they cant use stairs have to change to other hotel on that night..
With the price we paid totally not recommended..

가격대비 머물기 좋은 곳. 많은 방이 방송되지 않는다고 하기 때문에 체크인 속도를 높이고 tv 방송 시스템을 개선해야 합니다. 주차장은 충분합니다. 호텔 주변에 많은 식당. 해변에 가고 싶어 그냥 걸어.

We had a bad experience staying here because of the water supply is on , off and even no water at night and in the morning. The Person in charge promised that the problem will be solve but when we woke up early in the morning , still no water supply. Too bad they only provide us 2 medium bottles of water and 1 box of small mineral water for usage of 8 persons. We left the place early and have to pay another hotel to get shower. The PIC not even apologize to us.

This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing.
Service:
The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s rare to find such high-level service, and it played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond!

Lastly, a big thank you to Mr. Amir for solving our biggest issue. He kindly allowed us to park in the most convenient area, which truly became a lifesaver for our car. NNazhanisHotel located near to pasar payang, mayang mall, pantai batu buruk & a lot of shop & food around the corner. Friday got pasar malam very near to the hotel so can try local food. Hotel is clean & nice bed. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Got room service until 2am & the food serve quite good. Try their spring roll. Really good & crispy. Spend 2 night here & definately will come again. I can see the famous bridge from my room too.

RRose Anne TriStrategic location. Minute away from pasar payang. Assign parking at the back of the premise. Just that the aircond unit quite noisy even though was set at the lowest speed. The rest was outstanding!!

SsuehanananaBig room. Comfortable. Bathrooms are all clean. Limited breakfast. Gotta go down a little fast. Overall everything is okay. The hotel is really close to the payang market. in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.
Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

MMrs SuI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!

KKugan VHad an overnight stay while rerouting my exit from Kelantan during the floods recently. The location is strategic. The aircond water was leaking throughout the night but was too tired to make a complaint.

Zzara판타이 바투 부록(pantai batu burok)과 가까운 전략적 위치, 방은 깨끗하지만 꽤 작으며 로비도 있습니다. 하지만 일시적인 경우라면 괜찮습니다.

리리뷰어Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better)
We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey.
But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him.
And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh.
The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.
