The Hotel has well maintained rooms. There are multiple paid services like Spa. Swimming pool is free. Staff is helpful and courteous. Food is good. location is slightly away from temple and beach which had is pros and cons.

I stayed in center point residency on trip to ganpatipulem on 27th which was booked thr mmt. Hotel is situated away from temple and other city. Rates are very exorbitant compared with quality of room. Tv not working. Ac was good. Hotel lobby is open to road and is unsafe during night that any stranger or stray dogs can enter the lobby only food items are available on order. Limited parking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dirvankur in Chiplun, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is perfect – peaceful yet conveniently close to Ganesh ji temple and the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The hospitality of the staff stood out the most. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist. The food served at the hotel was deliciosus

The hotel is a giant palace with excellent ambience and peace. Nice sea view directly from room. Rooms are clean and ambience is nice. Food quality was also nice. I would recommend for those who want palace living with peaceful ambience and excellent sea view, this is the place

Property is awesome! our stay was memorable, kids friendly. Only issue is with food service they will take forever to bring your order, and sometimes regular dishes are not available. Rooms were clean view is breathtaking, property itself is tour.
