호텔의 위치는 비교적 좋으며 퀸즈 파크 역이 가까우며 킬번 근처에서 먹거나 슈퍼마켓을 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 주택 리노베이션이며, 약 11 개의 객실이 있으며, 각 객실에는 별도의 욕실과 주방이 있습니다. 우리의 방은 매우 작고 매우 작으며 가방을 거의 열 수 없습니다 (다른 방은 괜찮은 것처럼 보입니다).지면의 먼지는 비교적 큽니다. 우리는 우리 자신의 슬리퍼를 가져 와서 방으로 돌아올 때 슬리퍼를 바꾸고 집주인은 바닥을 끌지 않았다고 생각합니다 샤워 후 온 집이 발자국으로 가득 차 있으며 호텔은 샴푸와 샤워 젤, 핸드 소프를 제공합니다. 옷걸이 4 개 중 하나가 여전히 고장 났으며, 이전 테넌트가 옷을 사기 위해 사용했던 옷걸이 일 수 있습니다. 커튼을 완전히 내려 놓을 방법이없고 영국에서는 어둡고 밝고 침대의 질이 비교적 나빠 5 일 동안 머물면서 잠이 들었습니다.

AVIOD, 솔직히이 호텔을 예약하지 마십시오. 우리가 블리에서 Coldplay를 보러 갔을 때 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 좋은 점만 : 위치 가격은 사진을 찍을 예정 이었지만 솔직히 우리가 머물렀던 것을 상기시키고 싶지 않았습니다. 추가 파운드 100-150 파운드를 지불하고 홀리데이 인 / 프리미어 인 / 여행 숙박 시설에 머 무르십시오. 다른 호텔 만! 입구는 좋았고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이되었지만 매우 느립니다. 체크인은 오후 2 시부 터 진행되었다고 명시되었습니다. 우리는 오후 2시 30 분경에 도착했습니다. 체크인하는 데 시간이 걸린 것처럼 오후 3 시경까지 방에 들어 가지 않았고 마침내 우리 방에 체크인했을 때 다른 10/15mins을 준비하지 않았습니다. 우리는 방에 걸어 가서 조금 길을 잃어 버렸습니다. 신사는 우리가 우리 방에 우리를 도왔습니다. 그러나 직원들이 친절하고 프론트 데스크에서 매우 느리다고 말했듯이. 이제 최악의 부분. 우리 방은 절대적으로 끔찍했습니다. 더러운, 벽 전체에 표시. 더러운 끔찍한 카펫, 나는 양말을 걷고 안전 / 청결하지 않았습니다. 누군가가 싱크대 근처의 비누 홀더를 재 쟁반으로 사용했습니다. 주전자와 컵이있어 자신을 마시지 만 너무 외상에 빠진 것처럼 사용하지 않았습니다. 발코니 문은 잠겼지 만 창문은 전혀 안전하지 않았습니다. 이전 점유자의 발코니에 맥주 한 병이 남았고 발코니에서 소변이 어졌습니다. 나는 어떤 사랑스러운 사람이 가장 남성이 일어나서 공용 화장실을 사용할 수 없을 것이라고 생각합니다. Very clean and super friendly staff . The room was lovely and spacious plus had a wardrobe . The bed was super comfy and we had a big bathroom , bath towels and hand towels provided , also shower gel , shampoo and hand wash . I will definitely be back again after fantastic stay

Booked this hotel for my friends to stay at after a concert. Hotel is a good distance away from underground. Only a 4 minute ride on tube to Wembley Park where we went for the concert. Able to request early check in as well. Breakfast isn’t included but you do get a discount voucher for a Wetherspoons down the street from the hotel. Near supermarkets and eating establishments. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. However, the hotel room wasn’t great. Carpets were not very clean. Dirt marks were visible on the carpet. There were 8 plug sockets in the room and only 2 of them worked. The bathroom is small and does have mould on the walls. Room does get extremely warm even with windows open, you do get given a fan but we couldn’t use this as the only working plug sockets were not in a place where a fan could be plugged in. It is noisy outside but this is no fault of the hotel. If you’re just wanting a place to put your head for a night, then the hotel is fine. If you’re wanting to stay in the hotel for a trip then wouldn’t recommend and may be better to pay but extra for a different hotel.

Excellent newly fitted hotel. Very efficient staff - really nice direct and helpful nature! Hotel room was very good - clean (spotless!), comfy double bed. The shower hot water was very very slow to come - had to run it for 5-10 minutes to get hot water in the morning for a shower. Good when it finally came though. 40 minute walk from Wembley station. 15 mins walk to nearest Tube station. We forgot our toothpaste and they gave us a big tube for free. We also onto paid for one breakfast - when we came to pay for the second breakfast they didn’t want to take any money! Very kind. Generally very friendly and family feel to the hotel. Thank you.

For context I feel I have a low standard of what I accept from a hotel. I am happy as long as I have somewhere to put my head down at the end of a busy day exploring. I don’t feel I have ever had any real horror stories from hotels…. Until I stayed here ….. Whilst we did try and book cheap for our trip, I feel the room we got was below standards. Admittedly I have never encountered this at hotels before and so forgive me if this is commonplace but you have to enter your keycard into a slot of the power in your room to kick in. This was not mentioned to us on arrival and when we went back down to ask about it we was met with an irate response from the same staff who had checked us in without mentioning this apparently valuable information to us less than 15 minutes before. As for the rest of the room, it had obviously had the most half arsed clean possible. Im sure the mentality is that if the beds made surely they won’t notice the rest of the dirt. We had a lot of dust and cobwebs, the toilet had marks over the basin and the aircon was basically unworkable. The blinds did not function at all and the window didn’t stay open at all air which meant the room was not ventilated at all , which is not ideal to say the least on a summers day. I will give praise to the member of staff we approached about this who subsequently left us a fan when we came back after an evening out. He was very helpful and that was appreciated. Subsequently though we discovered the shower leaked out whenever you started to run it. Meaning mopping up a lot of water during our stay. There was also a lot of obvious wear and tear that had happened to the room, which whilst is part of the hotel experience. It beggars belief that some of the black mold in an already poorly ventilated bathroom would be left to grow in an environment so focused on customer satisfaction. It seems they missed the memo on customer service and experience here. So to sum up of you don’t fancy anything resembling a clean and presentable environment and being made to feel any objections to such an environment is an annoyance. Stay here I’m sure it’ll be great for you!!!

lovely place, spacious, well kept and close to the station, the only thing that could improve is the carpet could use a bit of a better clean as it had a couple of small stains.

Very nice property to stay in . The owners couldn't be more helpful they sent me emails explaining everything about how to get into the building and bedroom . The bedroom was extremely clean and spacious with lots of amenities from teas , coffees and milk . My mother really liked the tiles in our bathroom and the shower was so spacious . We experienced a problem with our television but a gentlemen last night to rectify the situation . Nothing is too much of a problem for the staff and everyone Is friendly and extremely helpful . Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️ 😘
