An incredible experience that felt like family. The resort was busy, but it wasn't overwhelming. This allowed a personal experience. I was solo, but there were families with young children. I observed the resort staff accomodating the parents (spending time with the kids while the parents relaxed), and this made ALL GUESTS involved and happy. If I ever have children I would love to bring them here. The food and beverage options are exceptional. The service is top shelf. Activities are abundant. Big thing for me, the gym is clean and the equipment is new and extremely modern. 10/10 - lovely people, facility, and experience.

Nice enough but aside from diving and snorkelling trips there's very little to do and it's I'm the middle of nowhere. 6 channels on the TV but only 2 worked, while I couldn't cast my phone to the TV and the wifi was terrible. Staff tried to charge me $280 for an airport transfer when a $16 bus stops right in front of the hotel. They don't even help guests with bags to the entrance which is 500m from the hotel reception. I helped a guest carry 5 bags from the road to the desk.
