Cottage built of old pine 1992, living room/kitchen 2 extra beds, bedroom double bed, 4 mattresses in the loft, wash room, sauna, terrace. Lakeside sauna (14 sqm, available all year round), dressing room, electric lighting, cold running water in summer, wood stove. In sauna building two extra beds possible. Sleeping hut. NOTE! Maximum amount of people is 6. Pets are allowed, but please mention it on Your reservation's additional information, thank You. Massive cottage built of old pine, with well maintained and attractive plot. In front of the cabin thre is a small own island connected by a suspension bridge. Only charcoal can be used at the barbecue in the barbecue hut, the customer must bring own barbecue charcoal. Riding possibility 12 km, Kankaanpää 18 km, Jämi Center 45 km (Ski Tunnel, Event center Areena, Sport center). Only for families. Deposit 150 euro.

Separate sauna building (25 m²) with room with fireplace, washroom. There are shower, electricity and both electric stove and wood-burning stove in the sauna building. Wood heated hot tub for 8 persons can be rented from the owner. Price 150€/weekend and 250€/week, customer fills in and heats the hot tub according to the instructions given by the owner. Spacious, stylish log cottage. Hard slope down to sauna and shore makes cottage ideal for e.g. disabled persons; cottage doorways are also wider than normal. Chilid equipment: crib, highchair, potty and child safety gates both downstairs and upstairs. 1 tandem bicycle included in the rent. Jämijärvi JÄMI ski tunnel 6 km! Horse riding opportunities 8 km, Jämijärvi 4 km, Ikaalinen 30 km. Pets are allowed at extra fee (covers max. two pets).

Yard building 35 m², with wood-burning sauna, dressing room, living room, sauna has elec. light and cold water. There is an air source heat pump with cooling and warming functionality on the cabin. You can rent hot tub from the owner, price 180€ / 1-2 days. Owner fills the hot tub, warming and emptying of the hot tub by the client. The hot tub's warming up can be suit also on advance with serviceman for extra cost Please, check availability of hot tub in advance (it is rented for two cottages). Heat-treated log cottage with all conveniences. Level yard area, slope to shore. Swimming beach is sanded and suitable for children. For example pike perch, pike, bream and burbot in the lake. Jämijärven JÄMI skiing facilities only 8 km! Snowmobile route nearby, horse riding opportunities 6 km. Note! Final cleaning is included in bookings which have been made after 4.5.2022.

Living room/kitchen (fridge with small, integrated freezer box in the kitchen, no ordinary freezer), living room with spreadable sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds, air source heat pump with cooling function, fireplace. There is also a wood heated sauna with washroom and toilet located in the same building. Large terrace (built in 2020) in front of the cabin. Nice views over the lake. Stable stairs (built also in 2020) leading to the beach. There is also a summer kitchen with gas grill, electric stove and wood stove located in the yard area. Note! If you have a pet with you, please choose the additional service "pet fee". The pet fee covers two pets. Sup board, canoe. Rental cabin by the lake Jämijärvi. You can enjoy a holiday and leisure time on the brand new large terrace. The covered summer kitchen offers nice facilities to cook many kinds of delicacies. There is a Ferry harbor next to the cabin. The ferry operates to the opposite shore (island). However, traffic is not busy. Grocery shop 4,1 km, restaurant and other services of Jämi area 3,8 km. There are many kinds of services in Jämi area including skiing tunnel (already opened for this autumn), airfield for small scale airplanes, restaurant, disc golf course and climbing park. Hämeenkangas ridge area is offering excellent terrains for jogging and cross-country skiing (in normal winters). The Hämeenkangas area has been approved as part of UNESCO Global Geopark network. Kankaanpää 25 km, Pori 76 km, Tampere 74 km.

Wooden villa 2016, large kitchen-living room (sofa bed), bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with one bed and sofa bed. Washroom (2 showers), sauna with views of the lake (wood stove), separate toilet. Extensive partly covered terrace spaces. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers The villa has underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation. Good path to the beach. There is also old lakeside sauna (wooden stove, dressing room, no electricity, no running water). Hot tub available to rent from the owner, 150e / reservation, payment on site. In frosty weather hot tub is not in use. Please inquire about the availability with the owner in advance. Karhijärvi is fairly large lake in Lavia. Only for families. The beach is suitable for small children. Yard area is spacious and bright, the lake opens to the south. The neighbors are close, but still there is own peace. The lake is rich in fish. In high season smoked lampreys can be bought eg. from Pori Square and from Nakkila village. Tampere (eg. Särkänniemi Amusement Park) 85 km, Pori 45 km, Old Rauma (World Heritage Site) 90 km.
