Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The reception area is lovely and clean. Check in was easy, and I was impressed that you are given a bracelet which contains a chip which is also your room key - so no need to actually carry a key or card - simply use the bracelet against the door lock to open it. I’ve never seen this before, but with 3 of us in the room, it meant that none of us had to carry a key anywhere. The room itself was nice, but some signs of wear and tear, but that didn’t bother us. The pool was cold, but nice and clean, with plenty of loungers around the pool. We booked room only, but upgraded to all inclusive on check in as they had an offer, which worked out at around 40 euro per day. There is an onsite restaurant, with in door and out door seating. An evening bar and a poolside bar - all serving drinks all day and night. The hotel is a 1 min walk to the beach, and really well located. As a family, we all really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back. It’s less than a 30 min walk to the old town, so no real need to hire a vehicle. The only negative, is that on the first night we went to the restaurant, we asked a member of the catering team which foods contained gluten (we had one person who had an allergy). The member of staff wasn’t at all helpful, but we realised that above each plate of food there was a QR code. We scanned the code and it took us to a list of ingredients, so we were happy we could work out what ingredients were in each dish. On the final night, one of the chefs saw us scanning the code and told us we couldn’t rely on the codes to be accurate. This worried us - if the codes arnt accurate, why use them? Luckily we didn’t have a severe allergy, but this could be a major issue to someone. Please make it clear what ingredients are in each dish. Aside from this, our stay was great and we would go back again.

We stayed 11 nights here, the was small but enough for us 2, air conditioning was working so it was ok in the room, the balcony is werry small but that is it. Bathroom is also small and if you are toooo tall maybe you have issues with the toilet, nertheles for us was ok. Very important is that the room was clean every day and the staff very friendly. The location is excellent because in 2 minutes you are reaching the restaurants, in 5 minutes the bus station and in 17min you are in the old town of Alcudia.

우리는 이 호텔에서 2일을 보냈습니다. 제방 바로 옆에 있는 위치, 도심이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 우리는 바다가 보이는 방을 가지고 있었습니다. 해변이 가깝고 창밖으로 보이는 멋진 전망, 사진을 첨부하겠습니다. 친절한 직원, 반응이 좋았고 밤 늦게 도착했습니다. 이것에 대한 우리의 메시지가 그들에게 도달했는지 여부는 모르겠지만 우리는 만나 수용되었습니다. 벌써 새벽 2시가 다 되어가네요. 내가 좋아하지 않는 유일한 것은 이것을 말할 수 밖에 없습니다. 아주 아주 작은 샤워 실. 그리고 우리는 더블 침대를 요청했지만 요청이 이루어지지 않았습니다. 나는 여기로 돌아올 것인가? 물론 예!

spent a wonderful weekend with friends. The price corresponds to the quality. Friendly staff, nice location. Very cozy atmosphere and clean room. The hotel manager helped in organizing interesting excursions. I'll definitely come back here when we're in Mallorca Great hostel

I booked this apartment for just 1 night as I was visiting Alcudia for the market and thought I’d spend the night. For the money I have 0 complaints. It’s nothing fancy but The room was spotless, staff was friendly who checked me in and the location is literally in the centre of the old town. I also left something in the room after I checked out and the cleaner left it behind the desk for me to collect on another day. Il 100% visit again for an over night stay next time I’m in Alcudia.

Da migliorare l’insonorizzazione della camera, totalmente assente. Si sentiva ogni volta che entrava/usciva qualcuno dall’hotel (a tutte le ore..). Più volte siamo stati svegliati. Il check in è in un palazzo vicino, e di questo magari potevamo essere avvertiti prima. Per il prezzo pagato è abbastanza caro.

Stayed two nights in this boutique hotel. As it's inside the walls of old town you need to park outside (free) and walk in. About 5 mins. Prior to arrival the hotel had provided us with clear info on parking places. If you arrive after 3pm, there are clear instructions on how to get in and get your key. The only thing I'd add is that it's a few seconds after entering the code and the keypad light turning green before the door actually opens. Have patience. Hotel is minimalist in style. Our room, #7, had a lovely private balcony. Room was comfortable, shower excellent. Not huge but adequate. Breakfast in reception area and courtyard. Range of meats, cheese, cereal, bread, etc. Something slightly different each day. Paco very helpful and gave us some good tips. A very well run hotel. We loved it.
