Stayed here with my family for a week and the place was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paraty. It's a bit far from the historic center so you'll need a car to move around and explore. ROOM We stayed at Suíte Master, the room was very big and clean. The bathroom was very spacious, with good toiletries included and a shower with nice water pressure and temperature. It had a large TV with many channels available, a good aircon system, and a mini fridge. I liked that the minibar was empty so we could buy our own drinks and keep them cold. Even though the room was in front of a pool and the car parking, it wasn't noisy at all. It was nice to chill and have a drink on the veranda after a day out. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and pillows. STAFF All the staff was very friendly and helpful in any area of the hotel, but especially the restaurant staff. RESTAURANT The food at the restaurant was really good, we ate there almost every day because of it, and everything we tried from the menu was great. The drinks were also very good, especially Jorge Amado. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. The only negative was the burger place, I actually didn't try the burger myself, but I went with the family one night for dinner and they all complained that the meat was overcooked. I liked that I could sit at the burger place with them, but order meals from the restaurant menu. POOLS The 3 pools are very nice, but only one is heated, and it was always very crowded, especially in the evening. The other 2 pools were very nice during the day but a bit cold in the evening, but also I didn't visit during summer. I didn't appreciate that people are allowed to drink in the pool, so people had their beer bottles with them inside the pool, or bottles sitting at the edge of the pool, which can be quite dangerous if a bottle breaks and glass falls inside the pool. Not sure it's even allowed, but there was no one stopping people from doing it. FACILITIES The gym seemed quite large and nice, but I didn't use it. The sauna was good. The kid's area was nice and a great addition to keep the niece entertained, but it was good fun for the adults as well. I enjoyed the massage chairs as well. WIFI The wifi worked well throughout all the areas of the hotel

Hotel bem estruturado, com uma piscina muito boa, atendimento dos funcionários excelente, um café da manhã perfeito com muitas variedades, boa localização, quartos amplos e limpos e amei a aula de yoga da Mari, foi um olha na hospedagem. Recomendo e voltarei.

Venho a Paraty a mais de 25 anos e sempre que passava na porta desse hotel dizia que um dia me hospedaria nele. Chegado o dia de realizar esse desejo, que decepção. Chegamos no hotel às 16h para o check in, com fome, e fomos informados que o restaurante só funciona até as 15h, mas o bar estava funcionando. Ao chegar no bar, uma única funcionária que informou que não tinham nada para comer, pois a vizinha estava fechada, pois estavam com deficiência de funcionários. O quarto é bom, com bom chuveiro, a vista é linda, o que aliás é o que deve ser a justifica para o valor da diária, mas a TV não funciona e eles não tem ninguém disponível na manutenção. Viemos para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, mas a falta de estrutura do hotel foi uma ducha de água fria. O hotel está vivendo de história

A pousada é linda e tranquila, com um espaço externo muito agradável. O quarto é excelente, equipado com sacada, rede, cama e colchão de alta qualidade. O café da manhã oferece uma grande variedade de pães, bolos, frios, frutas e bebidas. À noite, há também a opção de caldo e lanche para quem prefere ficar na pousada. Muito bem localizada, está a 8 minutos do centro histórico, 10 minutos do cais para os passeios de barco, e de fácil acesso às praias, sendo apenas 10 minutos até a Prainha da Praia Grande, por exemplo.

The hosts and their staff are absolutely wonderful! Always attentive, kind, and available to assist us with any request. The breakfast is delicious and prepared with much care. There are delightful surprise treats and tasty drinks. All areas of the inn are charming and very cosy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the historic center, yet quiet enough to offer a peaceful retreat.
