리셉션이나 프론트 카운터가 없습니다. 입장하는 것은 정문에 컴퓨터 시스템이 있는 공항 예약 케이스와 비슷합니다. 운영에 문제가 있었고(아마도 나) 첫 번째 전화에서 도움을 요청할 감각이 없었지만 두 번째 전화로 다른 번호로 걱정할 필요가 없었습니다. 장소는 복도에서 약간 피곤해 보이지만 화가들은 측면에서 작업하고 있으므로 인테리어를 할 수 있습니다. 방은 오래된 장소, 새롭고 현대적인 욕실, 일반적으로 일반적인 시설을 갖춘 멋진 방, 도시가 내려다 보이는 좋은 크기였습니다. 10층. 앞으로 다시 갈 것입니다.

Very nice place to stay. Great location etc. My only criticiscm is the tv is fixed to the wall nownere near the beds, so you cant watch tv in bed, and, the double couch was just too small and cheap an uncomfortable frankly. Definitely in need much better bigger comfy couches in the rooms.

훌륭한 중앙 위치. 매우 편안합니다. 내 유일한 불만은 린넨 매장 옆에있는 외부 계단에 빛이 없다는 것입니다. 계단을 볼 수 없기 때문에 어두워 진 후에 집에 오면 위험합니다. 그렇지 않으면 깔끔하고 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 감사

이 호텔은 해변에서 불과 150m 떨어진 그리어 해변과 가깝습니다. 고층 객실은 바다 전망을 제공합니다. 호텔 밖에는 뛰거나 축구를 할 수 있는 넓은 잔디밭이 있습니다. 근처에 인터넷 유명 해산물 레스토랑과 대형 슈퍼마켓과 상점이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 식기, 주방, 목욕 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 체크인 시 프론트 데스크에서 주차 공간을 예약했고, 주차장 입구는 프론트 데스크 바로 옆에 있었습니다.

Easy check in and parking available. The rooms were big. The windows and carpet need a deep clean but the location is great and exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. The shower in the main bathroom however is not accessibility friendly as you need to step into a high bathtub with no handrail for support.

This is a beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location. It is truly superb however my experience with the staff was below par. I had to ask the cleaner not to talk incessantly and loudly outside my room at 8am in the morning. Breakfast was sloppily served and the breakfast buffet area was disjointed so people and plates are bumping, the omelette ordering system wasn't explained and the staff looked at me like I was stupid and causing them inconvenience. The pancake maker needs servicing. The CEO of the hotel was talking to his staff at 10:15 am which was 15 minutes before breakfast service stopped. I recognised him from his picture on the TV in the room saying how privileged the hotel was to have us as a guest, however he didn't smile at his guests or stop and say hello and ask perhaps how our experience was. He was aloof and disinterested and I think that is how his staff act too, eg the cleaner was not genuinely sorry for causing the early morning noise, nor was the reception staff truly respectful when they allowed a one hour room use extension but forgot to apply the extra time to the key lock so I was locked out and had to come down 8 floors to rectify get access to the room. The hotel has an offer that if you do not get your room serviced on a 2 night stay then a $10 food voucher applies. Well, that exercise turned out to be like stealing gold. I was eligible for $20 as I had books two rooms but staff were really reluctant to acknowledge this offer. It's a great idea as it saves them costs to launder sheets and towels and also saves costs to clean the room and replenish toiletries. I don't know why they appeared so reluctant to honor it. Except for staff and customer service this hotel would receive a five star rating from me but now only a three and a half.

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋고 바다와 매우 가깝습니다. 주차장이 있습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 이 소파는 침대로도 사용할 수 있으며, 아이들을 데리고 해변에서 게임을 하기에 좋습니다.

3주 동안 호텔에서 지내다 보면 마스터가 될 거라고 말할 수 있다. 객실은 크고 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 위치가 매우 좋고 버스가 공항에 도착하고 호텔이 Glenelg 해변 옆에 있으며 해변까지 몇 분 정도 걸립니다. 출입구에 있는 항구 가지에는 많은 배들이 정박해 있었습니다. 7월의 날씨는 아침저녁으로 매우 추웠고, 정오에는 더웠다. 하늘도 파랗고 바다도 파랗다. 호텔은 IKEA 콘센트로 이동합니다. 공항은 매우 편리하며 모든 방향으로 버스가 있습니다. 도시로 가는 것도 매우 편리합니다. 대부분의 경우 해변에서 버스나 트램을 선택합니다. 길을 따라 큰 잔디밭과 차고가있는 집이 있으며 모든 것이 신선합니다. 호텔 근처에 많은 음식이 있습니다. 고가의 해산물 뷔페가 있습니다. 1~2분 이상 가셔서 평일 정오에 드시는 것을 추천합니다. 가격이 저렴합니다. 해변을 향해 4~5분 정도 걸으면 최고의 굴과 다양한 신선한 재료를 제공하는 항구를 바라보는 레스토랑이 늘어서 있습니다. 이 도시의 레스토랑 와인이 가장 큰 특징이라고 합니다. 해변으로 조금 더 가면 활기찬 보행자 거리가 있습니다. 트램이 도로를 천천히 질주하며 양쪽으로 아이스크림 가게와 다양한 미식가 쇼핑가게가 늘어서 있습니다. 7월의 애들레이드는 아직 추운 겨울이라 수영장에 들어가지 않았지만 수영장은 깨끗해 보였습니다. 이 도시에는 부끄러움이 없고 안정된 삶과 불꽃놀이 분위기만 있을 뿐입니다.

시설: 나쁘지 않음, 꽤 만족 위생: 나쁘지 않음 환경: 예 서비스: OK 24 시간 프런트 데스크가 아닌 최신 체크인 시간에주의를 기울여야합니다. 모두 괜찮아. 결함은 없습니다. 가격도 합리적입니다.
