테르메 토폴시차 - 호텔 베스나(Terme Topolsica - Hotel Vesna)

Regretfully I must give just 2* to the hotel Vesna because it is worse every year. Some rooms are renovated but most of them aren't. They are so very dated that they don't deserve even 1*. Floor dirty and couldn't be cleaned any more, windows old - I think they haven't been renovated and painted from the opening, beds unconfortable and need to be replaced as it is almost imposible to sleep, bathroom dated, shower very small and too high to step in, no refrigerator in the room althoug there is a place for it etc. Wardrobe big enoug thoug. Food very plane and average. It was be better before. Organisation awfull. New staff on the reception doesn't know how to work, therapies totals desorganised, the elevator to the hotel Mladika didn't work, so no way to get there (only if you get out). Internet very bad. Many times there is no connection at all. You even cannot pay the bill with a credit card if the internet is not workihg. The only positive thing is very, very kind and smiling personel at the therapies, the quality of the therapies and some old personel at the reception. And a big plus for the shop at the hotel althoug it is private and not part of the hotel. And they have a problem with the internet too as they are connected to the hotel internet for card payments.

Aa what a place! Not even sure where to start. We had an absolutely gorgeous room with a view of the pools and the beautiful nature that surrounds Topolsica. The breakfast and dinner buffet was immaculate each day. The hotel really does its best to stay on top of the COVID-19 regulations - something which made us feel much safer! Also, the pools are really huge and aesthetically beautiful. There is one huge indoor pool (which was great to burn off some of those breakfast calories 😂), two outdoor pools and jacuzzis. All pools were temperature controlled. The facilities inside are great, including a locker room, showers, changing rooms and also a mini gym on the second floor. All in all, we really loved and enjoyed our time here. This has definitely got to go down as one of our favourite places in Slovenia!

Hotel is in terrible condition especially barhrooms in rooms,food was sometimes good but now there are just few dishes and you have to wait in line to get your food.Outside pools are in “repairs” forever, looks like they are never gonna get repaired.

Our stay at Terme Topolšica was simply incredible. The view over our room was breathtaking, the staff were outstanding - helpful, friendly and courteous and the food was very filling! We stayed here for 4 nights which passed too quickly. The indoor and outdoor pools are huge, with many places to just sit back and including the sunbeds and the pool bar. The water temperates of all pools are very well controlled and kept at a good thermal temperature. Thank you for everything guys, we had a blast! ❤️
