A wonderful stay. Paul and his wife have a lovely B&B. Clean, comfortable and a fantastic location. We could park and check into our room early and enjoy our weekend in Cirencester. Thank you.

Great overnight stay. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast with locally sourced produce cooked to perfection with plenty of other options. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. A five minute walk to The Barn Theatre and ten minute walking distance to main town.Highly recommend The Ivy House for excellent accommodation.

The hosts are a sweet elderly couple, which have thought of every possible detail that someone may need in their room. The small and thoughtful touches sprinkled around made our stay extra special. Very clean and cozy. Also, the breakfast is the most delicious English breakfast I have ever tasted! Everything was perfectly cooked. This B&B is a gem and is truly the perfect place for a short stay.

Our hosts were top notch in every way! Friendly and wonderfully hospitable…we enjoyed our visit very much! Delicious breakfast each morning served with a smile! Excellent location on the edge of town yet within easy walking distance to many pubs and shopping. Enjoy your holiday in Spain!

A delightful stay with Paul and Sue, both up for a chat. Perfect location with parking at the door and a quick walk into the main area of Cirencester. Crisp sheets, clean towels each day, and the best shower (well the screen in particular) we've ever had. Why mention the shower screen? It's the only one that completely retains the splash inside the actual shower, no wet bathroom floor at all! Plenty of room for luggage, despite being in an older building reminiscent of the era. Rather tight staircase but once again - typical of these properties. If I could change anything I'd replace the mattress and the carpet although clean, was old.

Paul & Sue are fantastic hosts! My room was lovely, the shower pressure was perfect and breakfast was great, thank you Paul for the coffee tip, I do love a good coffee and you offered a great brew. I’ll definitely stay again when in Cirencester. Pam
