Hotel was good in every way! View Hotel has one of the best views on the roof! Location Location was perfect for us. Close to all nice sightseeings in central of Cienfuegos Room We had a nice large room woth a big bathroom. Was very spacious and looked really nice. Cleaning service did a good job every single time too. Service Service was more than perfect! They gave us advice which helped us. There was a money problem at the atm's at the time, so unfortunally we had a moment we didnt have money with us. The manager and the hotel helped us in need. This is exceptional and i never have seen this before! Food We had dinner here. And it was very delicious, can't say anything bad about this. Overall Overall ranking is perfect for us. Gave us a good experience in Cienfuegos! Another good element is that even when there was a power outage, they have an own generator. Wifi in Cuba isnt the best so don't expect much about wifi, but in this hotel even the wifi did his job!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this Palacio. This was the best Casa we stayed in our entire trip to Cuba. The Palacio has been beautifully restored. The staff Javier & Alejandro were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our rooms were big & the bathrooms huge. Though historic, all the interior spaces have been updated to current comfort from air conditioning to hot water. The rooftop was under renovation but we were able to visit & enjoy the spectacular views of Cienfuegos. We had dinner at their in-house restaurant and the food was great, big portions and served on fine china. Breakfast was good and again very generous with their portions. Breakfast comprised of fruits, eggs, bread, juice & coffee.

Hotel muito bem localizado a uma quadra do centro. Lindo espaço parece um museu com pé direto alto mármore muito imponente. Quartos lindos café da manhã ótimo e atendimento fenomenal, muito silencioso e tem um terraço muito bonito. Só nao sou 5 estrelas porque a água não estava muito quente e o colchão de mola poderia ser melhor. Talvez precisem trocar o colchão mas não eh o fim do mundo.

Esempio di architettura eclettica dell’inizio del XX secolo, la residenza è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione che (fortunatamente) non ne ha compromesso l’opulento fascino originario. Questa ex dimora privata si presenta oggi come un vero e proprio repertorio della cultura materiale cubana novecentesca, in cui interessanti pezzi d’epoca convivono con oggettistica ed elementi (invero un po’ kitsch) risalenti agli anni ‘50-‘80. Benché alcuni dettagli siano tuttora da sistemare - nella nostra camera, ad esempio, c’era un problema con il lavandino - la qualità dell’esperienza è senz’altro positiva. Tali “pecche”, beninteso, sono il riflesso della difficile situazione economica in cui si trova il paese, e non certo di una scarsa solerzia da parte del personale, che mostra anzi una disponibilità e un impegno encomiabili nella gestione della struttura. Decisamente consigliato.

Bonito, muito bem recuperado, ambiente familiar e disponível. Habitações espaçosas, muito bem decoradas, higiénicas, limpeza diária e substituição de atoalhados frequente, ou sempre que deixados no chão. Equipa fantástica

Hôtel avec une déco impressionnante, de grands espaces, un service au petits soins , la meilleur langouste que l'on est mangé à Cuba, une vue imprenable sur la ville de cienfuegos depuis le toit qui est entrain d etre aménagé en bar, très bonne adresse !

Magnifico Hostal en esta maravilla de ciudad cubana, por encima de la media, tranquilo, céntrico, trato excelente, muy limpio y lo que más valoro es el desayuno absolutamente variado y completo , de una calidad y cantidad superlativa. Se puede almorzar y cenar también avisando a cocina previamente. La relación calidad precio es de lo mejor que he podido encontrar en mis viajes al exterior. Por último no puedo dejar de destacar lo bonita que es esta casa tipo colonial y su valor histórico y cultural que salta a la vista con solo poner los pies en ella.

Um lindo palácio, com excelente localização, conforto e uma equipe muito gentil e solícita. Um Lugar silencioso, tranquilo e bonito. O Wi-Fi funciona bem, o que não é comum, bom café da manhã e tivemos um ótimo jantar.
