When I arrived, I paid for the room and then went up to my room on the second floor. I could not turn on any lights. There were light switches, but they did not work. So I went back to the office and they said that you had to insert the card on a holder on the wall for the lights to work. How am I supposed to see or know where such a thing is? The desk clerk did not bother to tell me. So then I tried turning on the TV. No internet connection. Again, the desk clerk came up to my room and after about 1/2 hour, she had the TV working. I turned it off a little later and when I turned it back on, the same problem. But, at that point, I did not bother to call the desk clerk again. No internet connection. All in all, a very upsetting experience. I would never stay in that Hotel again.
