The location is good. Private parking. Room is good . The floor need to be mop frequently since it is dusty. You can get it stick to your foot when your feet is wet after bath etc. Need to have kettle in the room for Rm100++ room. The shower water is slow .

Room was decent and quiet. Mattress is comfortable. Toilet looks like it need a touch-up, but not exactly dirty. internet is working. Given that it is in Terengganu and out of location of Cukai, I do not understand why this hotel is pricier than Kuantan, Muar, and JB for similar grade and quality.

Really enjoying my 2-night stay here..there are in close area for eatery and other shops as well..free parking reserved for hotel also available..next time, this hotel definitely in my go-to pick for stay..

I recently stayed at Cukai View Hotel for one night, and I had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was the location and its access to various shops at the centre of the city. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
