Very bad experience!! Staff must b replaced…you can’t go there with your fiancé/ girlfriend since 70% of the guests are mens…staff are very rude and starts closing at 16:00!! Not recommended at all!! As for service is very bad and you can’t find any manager to talk with!!

We visited Jannah sur Mer with family! The place needs some great attention when it comes to cleaning! Pool water was not clean and some areas in the pool are not painted! The beach is not accessible as it is rocky and we struggled to leave the water ! But the worse part is there is no life guards at the beach. Toilets and showers very dirty! Food was good but price of the small fish Bezri was over charged ! When asking the waiter she replied the system was updated but not the menu ! In another country this is not legal to charge different then menu . I went to the lockers for shower, doors open, lights on , but showers are locked so I headed out to find out that I was locked inside! What a frustrating situation to be jailed behind a door and no one answering my calls. When the attended came he said why you go inside it is closed : how closed with open door and lights on and no sign to say closed. I asked 6 employees for a manager and all of them replied simply “ Why?” Train your team how to handle complaining customer not to attack the customer and try to cover situations by blaming the guest. Will not go back for sure , we paid quite a big amount to have fun we ended up being locked in the toilets by an attended. Would like to mention Meriam waitress and Dani supervisor / manager who did efforts to listen to my issues.

Worst service I’ve ever encountered in Lebanon. From the valet to the servers by the pool, every single person working was rude, inexperienced, and seemed to believe they worked at an upscale establishment - let me assure you, it’s NOT! It’s expensive, the pools are dirty, as are the sun beds - overall, a bad experience for us.

Very nice place for sight viewing other than that everything is terrible and would never go again. - Very unfriendly staff - breakfast is very poor compared to other resorts. - Bangalo stinks ( sewer issues ) - pool water is not treated properly(too much salt and chlorine) - overall experience was terrible and would never go again.

Hygiene and cleanliness levels are very poor, food is absolutely horrible (breakfast was very poor - big issue with their chef and kitchen staff as minimum knowledge of how to cook and serve is lacking), rooms maintenance is nonexistent as the toilet flush panel fell down and the sink's handle came out when using. Staff is not very helpful and knowledgeable, actually some of them were rude at times. However, i must say that we booked for 2 nights and wanted to change to 1 night, so the manager was very helpful and accommodating and acknowledged our need and experience. Quality of guests is not as it used to be. Overall, the only positive are the bungalow and the view of the sea/beach. Won't go back again for sure.

The Bungalow is great with the small private pool but you gotta be careful at night as you cant see the limit and might fall as my 2 cousins did. The View of the sunset and sunrise are breathtaking. The main pool is OK. The prices are expensive. The staff is not friendly not all. The service is awful. If you take the first floor level without havin friends taking the 2nd level, you might end up like us; couldnt sleep all night from the noise of the running upstairs. I wouldnt recommend the place unless you dont give a sh// about the service and comfort and you are there for the place.

Janna Resorts V.i.p Lounge I am sharing the worst experience I encountered throughout my entire life Date: 25-05-2022. We get into trouble because of drunk people. They attacked us for no reason (that group of people was friends/family of the resort manager, at least that’s what we learned later).. The security of the resort was covering for them! We begged the security to call the police..(my bro was bleeding from his nose. My cousin was bleeding from his eye. My niece of 8 years old was between their feet and scratches were all over her body.. my other female cousin was trying to cover for her brothers, the bastards were trying to take off her dress, one of them broke a glass of beer and tried to attack us with it ). I was shaking and shouting repeatedly to call the police. Even when they parted us away, we asked them repeatedly to call the police..no one moved a needle. We asked them why you are not calling!! it's your job to call the police, they looked at us with a poker face! we asked them not to let the other group run away cz we are calling the police..we asked them if there is a back door, and they insisted that they won’t let anyone run away and that we will take our rights from them in a way or another. The other group disappeared don’t know how and where! They hid them claiming that they don’t know them and the worst part is that they informed us that they might find their way out through the beach..which is an obvious lie! Later on, we learned from one of the workers that that group was one of the manager's friends and that they won’t be moving a needle because of that. However, the worker was super worried that his manager might figure out that he provided this info and might be kicked out of his work because of that. The manager said that he doesn't know them.. we asked for camera records, and they claimed they don’t have records. All that I can say is that it was the worst experience I ever get in my whole life. I was ..I have never felt unsafe to the extent I felt that day. I am writing this because I am frustrated because they are biased towards their people! because what happened was unfair and I don't wish that any of you encounter such an experience. Anyway, The police finally came after we called. BTW, I tried to contact the owner through LinkedIn and Facebook, and of course, they didn't respond! customer experience is bad. communication is bad ( Quoting the security team when we asked them why didn’t you call the police directly: البنت قالت هيا عم تتصل بالبوليس ليش حتى نتصل نحنا As if calling the police and fixing the issue is our job, not their job) Quoting what the manager was telling us اقوى شي فيكن تعملو روحو اشتكووو و شوفو الشرطة اذا بتجي مش رح يجووو
