Tigerland Safari - A Lemon Tree Resort, Chitwan, Nepal

We booked here for 3 nights as part of a 2 week tour, however reduced our stay to 2 nights. Two nights was amble time to complete all activities - we did the jungle walk, village visit, canoe trip, crocodile breeding centre, 1/2 day jeep safari, local dance and slide show in 1.5 days. The staff are very attentive, the prices reasonable and buffet food great. Our only comment is to be wary of rooms 134 to 136 at the back near the staff quarters. Our room was damp and not as modern as others so would advise you avoid these rooms. Overall, a nice place to stay for 2 nights to experience the local Chitwan park.

Excellent location right next to a forest. Very peaceful and silent. Well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Prompt service by courteous staff. Excellent food. They also organize Jungle walk, Tribal Village Walk, Jungle Safari, Crocodile safari in a nearby river and traditional folk dance.

It was a pretty fun experience of wildlife it was a freaking forest despite that the room was very clean and had an a.c.,the food there was very good too.There were many activities like Jeep Safari, boating,village walk,etc.it's a great place for a family to go to.

Our family of 9 stayed at Tigerland Resort for 2 nights and the service, cleanliness and views were delightful. The rooms were spacious, with an outdoor viewpoint for each. There were a few activities to choose from during the day, from which we did a 4 hour safari, where we spotted some Rhinos! We never tried their buffet and went to a la carte, although it had very low options but the chef made all the efforts to prepare very good food. With peace and silence, overall it was an excellent remote place to stay with nothing much to do outside the resort except the safari, just like we wanted! I would like to mention Sujan (room services), Sujan (restaurant services), Chef Manbahadur for their efforts to make our stay comfortable. Many thanks to Guptagiri ji, he is such a gem of a person always available to help and support; true asset to the group.

Fantastic welcome and stay from the first moment to the last . The staff could not do enough for you , all doing whatever they can to ensure your stay is as good as it can be . The food caters for all nationalities and enough to satisfy your taste buds. The Chalet apartments fit well into the jungle environment giving you a safe haven with a feeling of being in the jungle The walks , Jeep safari and canoe trip are all exciting with the abundance of wildlife expertly pointed out by the fantastic guides . No we didnt see the tigers but the droppings and scrapings were pointed out , adding to the anticipation . Overall a great short stay , a total contrast to our trek to Everest Base Camp Thank you

We had a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They put a lot of effort into making our stay as amazing as possible. We enjoyed delicious dinner as well as a lovely bonfire in the evening. We also booked a safari which was really great - we saw rhinos :-) All in all we highly recommend staying there. You will have a great time.

Abbiamo trascorso due giornate in questo bellissimo resort a Chitwan al termine del nostro viaggio in India e Nepal. Il soggiorno è stato molto interessante e rilassante. Il bungalow nel quale abbiamo soggiornato era molto curato, pulito e spazioso; il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante è di buon livello e offre ottimi piatti locali e una colazione molto ricca. Un grazie particolare alla nostra guida (Krishna) che ci ha seguiti durante le nostre escursioni e safari; gentilissima e molto esperta (grande cercatore di rinoceronti) ed al manager Lok con il quale abbiamo avuto interessanti chiacchierate. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura.

La chambre est de type lodge tout confort. Le service impeccable Nous avons effectué des safaris-découvertes de la faune et de flore avec un guide expérimenté et sympathique : rhinocéros, crocodiles, gavials, oiseaux magnifiques, … nous n’avons pas eu la chance de voir un tigre mais il y en a. Le restaurant propose d’excellents plats locaux servis dans un cadre paradisiaque

Bungalow propre et spacieux dans un cadre de verdure paisible. Personnel dévoué, aimable et soucieux de notre bien être. Restauration de bonne qualité. Exploration de la réserve en jeep pour découvrir de nombreuses espèces animales : oiseaux, singes, daims et rhinocéros. Un séjour inoubliable hors du temps!
