The place was wonderful with great service. We loved their fresh food and atmosphere. The destination is amazing we can reach fast to all areas that we want to explore I would like to stay here next time when we are goin to visit Moldova with my Husband.

I booked 3 rooms for 6 nights for my family and we had a perfect vacation. Location is amazing, we didn’t need to use our car which stayed at free parking of hotel. Everything is walking distance. No noise from highways or crowds. Rooms are big and comfortable. Everything is in working conditions. Huge thanks to hotel management who took care of all the requests and even more. I’d definitely recommend this place for your cozy stay:)

The manager, Michael, will go out of his way to ensure you have everything and anything, no matter what you need. He is a manager that every hotel needs. If you are in the area, this is your hotel. A very pleasant hotel in the historical center of the city. Very good location. Beautiful hotel with an amazing antique Mercedes car in the lobby. I was impressed when I saw it for the first time. Very nice room and good service. Strongly recommend!

Great place to stay in Chișinău.We enjoyed our holiday using spa and pool with salty water.They have good massage service,especially Anghelina .She îs specialist în massages for children.Hotel also has a verry friendly staff

Truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I travelled with my family in the summer of 2022. We were greeted warmly by the staff and were offered the most enjoyable accommodation experience. The attention to guest comfort was evident at every turn. The room was luxurious, clean and fresh, the breakfast had everything for everyone and they serve the best coffee. We also took advantage of the thermal experience on the site. I would definitely return back.

Bernardazzi Grand Hotel is one of the best hotels in Chisinau. It is a welcoming hotel with a great service and nice facilities. This Hotel is the main location for our events - Gentlemen's Club Mister M.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities, very comfy bed and nice sized rooms. When we checked in the girl at the front desk was polite and informative. Rich breakfast with good selections of food and a cozy bar for the evening meeting. Initially booked for three days but decided to stay another day just to try the spa which was very good. Next time I am in Chisinau this will be the go to hotel for me
