플라워스 호텔(Flowers Hotel)

酒店在一個居民區，房間很乾凈，早餐不錯 出門兩三百米就是商業街，這邊的紅酒真是不錯

非常滿意，離餐廳近

It is good place to stay in Moldova capital. All your requirement within walking distance. Good friendly staff and good variety of food.

First time I saw in my life that in winter a hotel switch off the heating of the room. So once we entered to room it was cold as outside. When I asked about it to reception that room is cold they said engineer will come and solve it in 20 mins but actually this period became 2 hours… also there was no electricity in the room because of faulty in card system. Staff offered us an exchange room but the bed was half of the size of the room which was given to us. Therefore we refused to change the room. All problems are solved within 3 hours. Rooms are not very new, so the pictures are not giving the condition realistically. It’s quite in the center it’s the only plus that I can say.

The hotel is very nice and relatively close to the city centre. The main drawback of the hotel is that it is tightly enclosed by other block of flats and therefore you better avoid to look out of the window. People smoking on the balcony of the opposite house may occassionally may a bothering noise but I experienced that only two times during my more than a month long stay. Otherwise, the hotel is well equipped with everything making one feel comfortable, eg. carpeting in the rooms and corridors lowering noise level to minimum، curtains darkering the room completely، comfortable matteraces etc. Hotel guests may use a fitness room and a sauna, as well as services of a really good masseur. The breakfast choice is good enough for such a small hotel, but nothing special for people with dietery needs. Sometimes I was missing white joghurt but they added it the next day. And what was really good, all guests can order proper coffee from a lobby bar for free during the breakfast. The hotel staff is nice though only receptionists and one bartender can speak English. The rest do not speak English at all which is probably the second main drawback of the hotel. Those people are shy to react to the guests wishes and therefore avoid meeting them face to face, greeting them etc. which looks sometimes really strange. But anyway, I spent really good time there and would recommend the hotel to my friend.

Location is convenient for the station. The room is really clean but what really annoyed me was the lack of a basic coffee machine for breakfast. Just Nescafé sachets is simply not good enough for a hotel.

The location is quite convenient which is good. The stuff at the reception is not friendly but they help if you ask. Rooms are ok definitely seemed better days. I stayed here 10 years ago and it looked way better. Breakfast was really bad by the way. Nothing special

Hotel is not expensive but quite far a way from centre, breakfest rather poor, no coffe just instant ! Good internet and clean
