스테이트 인(State Inn)

My grandma and I stayed here and it was a fantastic experience. It was an incredible value for a hotel that was near the family we were visiting in town, right next to an Oxxo for things like water or snacks, and right next to a supermarket for other needs. The reception desk was very responsive. A complimentary bagged lunch was provided daily that consisted of a sandwich with lunch meat and cheese, cookies (Mexican version of oreos, etc), and a juice. Our decision to have or not have cleaning services was respected. The room and bedding were clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable for me, but may be firm for some people. The room was a good size, had a tv that worked well, and had a shower with really good hot water and water pressure (much better than some more expensive hotels I have stayed at). I spoke to the staff in Spanish so I can't comment for ease for English only speaking travelers, but staff was very accomodating so I would imagine would go the extra mile to make communication work. The wifi was fast, no problems. The one complaint I would have is the rooms were certainly not sound proofed, so sometimes one could hear conversations/music in the immediate area, and highway sounds. I was still able to sleep fine, but some people might need earplugs or white noise. For folks used to US hotels, there is no mini fridge, iron, or hair dryer in the room. There was soap (hand and for shower) and some provided shampoo.

Very clean!!! Beautiful rooms! Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be going back. Breakfast was also provided. Again, will definitely be going back! Staff was friendly and professional. Also felt very safe at this location!

The property is very clean. Only thing is that they did not have refrigerated air for your stay. So if staying in the summer the rooms are hot and they do not cool off too good with evaporated air. Beds are a little hard but some people like that. The staff is very nice and will get you what you need.

Nos encanto el lugar, muy bonito y con un gran servicio, además de que me gustó mucho que no se escuchará el ruido del exterior, dormimos excelente.

No respetaron la reservación y me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno Fueron groseros y con 0 intenciones de ayudar

Habitaciones limpias , empleados muy amables, buenas ubicación para mis actividades , rico el refrigerio por la mañana, el único detalle prender la calefacción más temprano en esta temporada invernal, muy buena experiencia

Me gusto el servicio de recepción en el momento de mi llegada y la atención Habitación Amplia . Muebles en buen Estado, Me gusto la Habitación en forma de Domo Camas muy bien para descansar Cuenta con TV . Calefaccion Limpio Agua Caliente

En general buen hotel, mi única observación sería cambiar las sábanas qué aparentaban estar gastadas y bajaba la buena impresión que de inicio se lleva uno con las instalaciones del cuarto, fuera de eso todo bien, 100% recomedable
