호텔 시코모로(Hotel Sicomoro)

Este hotel tiene una ubicacion excelente. Esta limpio y el personal de recepciom es amable. La alberca no esta en uso, dicen que hasta sig. Año por remodelacion, en el cuarto que me asignaron no sirve el telefono y la Tv no tiene cable ( cto. 124), llame a recepciln de mi tel. Para comentarles de esto y van a bucar una habitacion. La puerta del closet no existe.

this hotel is to old but that is not the problem, the problem is they have mold in the restrooms and also the furniture was broke and the walls and the carpet looks dirty, they can do better if the owner take care of the hotel, they need to invest to look better

The hotel is well known in the city. It is showing its age in some details. Probably need to let guests know that by default, no towels or ironing board/iron are in the room.

This property which was a 3 star hotel rated on *******, was not. Bed was mattess on top a wood base. Very uncomfortable! The daily breakfast did not include orange juice, but there was an up charge of 2.35/glass of juice, whether you ate the rest of the breakfast didn’t matter. Asked for 1st floor room because of a disability ( no elevastor either) got a room right on the parking lot. So every car and person who came in to the hotel that way, passed my room.

You waking to the lobby it smells like disgusting like bad cabbage. You enter the building were the rooms are it reeks smells like a smokers bar. The first room we got the toilet did not have water I had to turn it on. I sit down in this toilet and lean to the front and almost fell down the toilet was not screwed on it had a plaster of silicon where the bolts go. I told the staff and the were very helpful (only good thing this hotel had). The gave me another room and it did not have a remote for the ac I had to go back up and get it from the other room. Oh and fyi if you stay here do not bring a lot of luggage because there is no elevator for the second floor.

Property is conveniently located really not much restaraunt service- no bar-no box prings on bed-i asked for wake cslls and never received them-towels were not changed out-place has really gone downhill in the last 10 years-i willnot stay there again-been there 4-5 times last 15 years

Matrices were not the best, air conditioner was barely working. Pool was out of service.

Property in bad condition, breakfast offered very limited, fitness room with equipment from 1980. noisy at night.

Curtains are not blackouts, light from outside is to bright and disturbs sleep. No outside sounds!
