Es la tercera vez que visito este hotel y no deja de fascinarme, tiene una calidad impresionante en todos los sentidos, totalmente recomendado. ¡Repetiré sin duda!

Fantastic stay. The staff and facilities are excellent. We had the perfect mix of relaxing and using the fitness facilities. The activity schedule is great and allows you to mix relaxing by the pool with working out. The lady that delivers the activity sessions is just fabulous along with all the other staff. We will be returning and thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice hotel, very clean with good stuff. Good food, plenty of choice. Only one thing , location is very bad. There is nothing around. Hotel for adults, not for kids and for young. There is nothing to do in the evenings. Average spa but good equiped gym.

What used to be a fantastic and beautiful amazing hotel situated in the most picturesque and jaw dropping location and super attentive and devine caring and quick yo attend staff , has turned into a total con job now with little or no attention or respect for high paying clients who pay a lot for this so called 5 star privilege but in reality is a 3star plus maybe with village people with low mentality attitude running this establishment now .. maybe since IHG have taken over they care more about how much they can squeeze from your pocket as apposed to the service they should and used to provide , when it was solely IBEROSTAR .. Now ! Where do I begin 🙈🙄... OK arrive, as usual the concierge staff and guys to move your luggage are lovely people 👌.. room we were accomadated was perfect , just as we booked online , next we requested a matrimony bed which us put the 2 queen's together plus a single for our 6yr old daughter .. the singe was there , but finally after 5 hours and 4 phone calls to reception some people arrived to fix our bed .. 5 star ?? Next by the pool at our sunbeds was no service for a water a beer or anything , no one to be seen or attentive , I asked life guard , he said and of course its not his job , but said I must go to the bar myself , while my 6yr old was in pool by herself ??? OK my wife came and watched our child while I went to the bar/cafe at other end of other pool .. I remarked why no service ? I been here before was allways service by the Sunbeds , was told sorry we are too busy !!! I looked around and was maybe 15 people by the pool/cafe bar 🙈.. then OK after walking to bar twice they staff kindly obliged me a free drink which was nice of them 👌.. Later I came back with my 6yr old for a pizza for her as we we booked the so called Michelin star Cataria restaurant for Saturday evening but knew the food would not suit our little one.. OK ordering the pizza at pool bar/cafe was fine .. then when I asked for same wine I had allready (only 2 glasses) this about rabid speaking elderly Spanish waitress , caused a huge fuss and argument with me about the wine and cameras , and none of which I could understand 🙄... as she ranted on in rough Spanish language ... all I wanted was the same wine I had before that I had to walk twice to bar for 🤷‍♂️... in the end one kind barman Silva , saw that this was ridiculous and thankfully resolved the ridiculous situation by simply giving me a glass of what I asked for , while everyone else in the bar had to listen to this totally stupid rant from this woman waitress employed by whoever owns the hotel now !! OK that was that then , went back to the room to take shower and prepare for what we were hoping was going to be an amazing gastronomical experience in the hotel's signature 5 star Michelin restaurant CATARIA .... 🤣... Well that also turned out to be a disaster , ran by children who never thought to offer us even a water or wine ,

Beautiful accommodation, nice and clean rooms, good food and drinks. Very nice personell. The beach is very near to the hotel and its nice to make a walk to the next village. For golfers there are two courses next to the hotel. You don’t need a car, there is a shuttle which takes you to the golfcourse.

Todo bien! Very nice people. Perfect hotel! Lovely architecture. Awesome food selection at breakfast and dinner. Tolle Bar!! Nice people in the bar and the restaurant. Danke an Bertolet & Juandiego :) Flamenco evening is really nice !!!!

Second time spending time off here. This hotel's team goes the extra mile to make you enjoy a memorable holiday. Outstanding location at the gorgeous La Barrosa beach with a beautiful, short path access to the sea. Welcoming, professional and competent team at the reception, the restaurant, room cleaning and maintenance. We asked for the beds to be changed from king size into singles for the boys and that happened within 30's. Delicious and varied food served inside the dining room but also in the lovely patio taking advantage of the lovely evening temperatures. Great swimming pools. We also tried the indoors pool and its multiple water jet features and throughly enjoyed them. Charming staff: No matter how many times the children left the keys in the room, they were given spares with a smile once identity checked. We loved to be welcomed at the restaurant in the evenings with a glass of sherry and a warm smile. The service at meals time was flawless. Sunsets here are so beautiful! The hotel is well located to go for long beach walks towards nearby Sancti - Petri, or Roche in the other direction. Several chiringuitos around still open at this time of the year in case you wish to lunch or have a drink on the beach. Also a convenient base to explore Cadiz, El Puerto, Chipiona, Rota or other superbe beach areas such as Bolonia, Conil, Valdevaqueros or Zahara. Easy parking nearby. If you like playing Golf you are in heaven here too. A big thank you to Iberostar and team for making again our stay here so pleasant and enjoyable! We recommend this hotel 100%.

Great summer vacations at a top hotel with even greater staff. The service is amazing as are the restaurants available. Fantastic huge swimming pool and a great beach at just 1min walk making the perfect balance. I just want to highlight the always smiling, available and fun staff
