The rooms are always so clean. It’s quiet. There’s no hassle with check in. They have everything you need in the room. The washer and dryer is a plus. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get the ice machine in the freezer to work but everything else is perfect.

We needed a couple additional bath towels and a blanket. I reached out via the app and the additional items appeared in our unit the next morning. The unit was extremely clean and the access system in and out of the building is easy to use. This was our third stay at this property.

It’s been 4 consecutive years traveling to Chicago during Christmas time and 4 times staying at Sonder’s. The unit at Erie St is so far my favorite. The best location ever! This year I was not that luck once I had to live with noisy guests partying and screaming like crazy all night long. The cleaning should be reviewed since I found an apartment with a lot of dirt and decided to do it on my own. But anyway, the location was the biggest attraction of this trip. If I have to return to Chicago, I will definitely look for Sonder, even know I can face the same issues.

The Opal makes you feel like you leave in your own place abroad, located 5 minutes away from everything, making it easy to commute anywhere by foot. It’s well equipped and clean, the service in the app quickly deals with any problem, the building is safe and the view from the window at the front of the building is amazing especially at night.

Excellent location in River North : there are many cafes, bars, restaurants - the apartment is approx. 5-7 minutes walk from Michigan Avenue, around 15 mins walk from the Chicago river and Lake Michigan. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, beds and pillows are great - spacious kitchen/utility room and dining room, high ceilings and modern uncluttered decor. The glazing in the bedrooms is well insulated. Good and prompt communication with the Sonder staff via the app.

Excellent Location!! Very safe neighborhood that has everything that you could want. I stayed for 10 days and it was really nice to have our own kitchen vs eating hotel breakfast every morning. We are definitely planning on staying here on our next extended business trip.
