I would absolutely stay again, the concept of having like a "family hotel room" ruled. The kitchen was well stocked, recommended it to all my friends.

I stayed for a few months while I was looking for a permanent apartment in Chicago. The unit is great with high-quality appliances and premium finishes. The building is new with great amenities, and I got access to all amenities as a Kasa resident. Sam from Kasa was also extremely helpful over the course of several renewals as my search took a bit longer than I expected. He helped me get monthly stay rates for longer-term guests that usually don’t show up on the site (at the time of my booking the site was geared more towards short-term stays). I would certainly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a place for one-to-several months. You get the feel, privacy, convenience, and cost of a leased apartment with the flexibility of a hotel.

This is in an apartment building with long term renters so the amenities (exercise facilities, skylounge, first floor coffee shop) are especially good. The room was spacious and well appointed with an absolutely incredible view; shower was excellent. I feel we got a far better place for the price than an equivalent hotel room.

We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Floor to ceiling windows and we were on the corner so amazing views of the Willis Tower. Very private for being downtown Chicago. We will be returning in the future!!

Fantastic place to stay. The building is super modern with great facilities-excellent gym, small rooftop pool and loads of rooftop seating. The apartment was spacious with everything (and more!) that you need. River North is a fabulous location with lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep and an easy walk to all the Chicago hot stops. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful modern hotel with rooftop pool, 2 fitness centers (rowing machine and punching bag!), free flavored water + seltzer dispenser, and outdoor grill/kitchen area on the roof. Short walk to the metro, CVS, Whole Foods, restaurants, and downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend, and would stay again!

Very cozy, clean, and quiet! Perfect location, can walk anywhere. Pool was great with an amazing view. Easy access using keycards and a lot was provided in the room. Virtual front desk, check in and out was cool too! Would definitely stay again!

We loved the views, amenities, and location. The pool was fantastic and was never very busy. The apartment was such a great spot for my family and we felt like one of the locals. I will definitely book with Kasa again.

Very nice room, amenities are great, bed was comfy Pool area was spacious and nice. Check in and out was easy. Close to lots of things to do. We for vacation to visit family will stay here again highly recommended
