레인저 모텔(Ranger Motel)

Was just passing through. Older motel, but was in good shape, nothing fancy at all, but comfortable. If i remember correctly, only complain would be no outlets near bed to plug phone into, but that is minor

They would not allow my service dog without a service dog card which is NOT REQUIRED BY the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

They were so accommodating and friendly. Room was perfect for me. Enjoyed my stay

The rooms are in need of a major remodel. Everything is ancient and in poor condition. Only the bedding is clean, and OK. The rest is run down. The outside of the motel needs a facelift too.

We had so much fun in Cheyenne and the only thing I would change next time is the hotel. It probably was built in the 60s and looked as if nothing except maybe the bedding had been updated since then. Things were patched up without 'care'. It is right by the train station so you heard the train a lot but maybe not during sleeping hours. The fun places to go were within walking distance but I wouldn't want to walk that far in the dark. However, good news, the air conditioner worked well. Definitely going back to Cheyenne ~ definitely going to spring for a better place.

Despite the previous poor reviews, price was right for 6 night stay. Room was fine, micro-fridge, but no hot water, only in shower. No open outlets, had to unplug air conditioner. Wi-fi went out over weekend. The owner obviously does not rate customer satisfaction very highly, many other options along this downtown area which would be worth the extra $$$

The guy behind the counter was extremely rude, I had made a reservation and paid only to be denied, the second I showed up. There's hardly any room to turn around a full size truck. Very rundown. I will never be back.

Close to all the attractions. Easy to get in and out of lot. Needs some updating in the bath area.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. No nonsense management and great beds.
