I was there for a funeral, the customer service was horrible the hotel was nasty the furniture was broken tv kept going black they had people living in there that played loud music an bump am jump all night long,

The property was quiet. Website noted that there was breakfast available which was not. Lady at the front desk says the owner doesn't want to mess with it and the juice machine has been down for months. All they had was coffee if you were lucky to get it. The room was clean but the dresser was broken. My reservation noted that 2:00 pm was the check in time, so when we got there the door to the room waa wide open and the room wasn't ready. They informed me that check in was at 3:30. So, this place needs to update their information.

The shower curtain has mold on it, the bottom of the tub was filthy as was the toilet seat, not even 20 minutes of being in the room a roach was spotted, the tub wouldn't drain properly so you ended up standing in ankle deep water while showering. It was a terrible place to stay. I didn't have high expectations with a cheap place to stay for the night but that was horrible. I don't understand how they are still in business but they definitely need to be inspected more through.

I've been here for a couple of weeks there was two shootouts in less than 4 days from each other and the shootouts came from the people in the front office that runs the office this place needs to be shut down or even put under New Management because whoever's in the office is going to run that hotel down to the ground I used to stay at this hotel a couple of years ago and I've never had this problem but whoever's in office doing management now her and her kids need to be put out they are going to lose money and bring your business down

The room was filthy on the floor there was spilled motor oil and another spill on the opposite side of something sticky it was obvious the floors had not been cleaned after the previous visitor there was a hypodermic needle underneath the microwave and a piece of broken glass in one of the nightstand drawers that appeared to be from a drug smoking apparatus the smoke alarm was gone just wires hanging from the ceiling two of the lamps did not have shades the light in the bathroom was also just wires hanging from the ceiling with no light the refrigerator had no light on the inside but where the light should have been wires were hanging down with an exposed terminal board so if someone touches it they WILL get electrocuted there was a huge ball of hair on the nightstand on top of the notepad on what should have been a clean nightstand table there was one drawer in the dresser the other two drawers were broken and just sitting in the bottom of the dresser the heater/air conditioning unit was damaged and the plastic grate cover has shifted and makes the controls inaccessible the staff is not friendly don't ask them for anything because you will receive nothing but attitude one towel in the room for 2 there is a single cup coffee maker but nothing else to enjoy coffee in your room the television required 2 remote controls the phone didn't work at all and had a coating of FILTH. Everything was sub-par the only nice surprise was I didn't see any roaches which I was totally expecting

The place is better than economy lodge on London, motel 6 on London and Red roof on London. That's not saying much though. Chain lock on door missing. Smoke alarm hanging out of the ceiling (well the wiring is anyway. The actual alarm is missing). Dead roach on floor. Refrigerator is dilapidated. Spill on floor. Glob of hair on nightstand. Heater/A/C is in disrepair. Hypodermic needle under refrigerator. Broken glass from some type of drug smoking apparatus n drawer.

There was a shoot out in the middle of the night that woke my kids up. Then the next morning we got up to go get the free breakfast that they so called offered and there was a note saying they’re no longer serving breakfast. The alarm clock was infested with roaches. Tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room don’t work. I asked for extra towels and they told me I had to wait until housekeeping came in at 1030. I cut my trip short and left because it was no longer safe for me nor my kids to be there.

One of the worst places i've stayed to date. On-smoming rooms and smelled like smoke. Overall it was dirty and had zero chairs to sit on. I do not recommend. Also, the woman at the front counter had her kid and only said, "I.D, not even a hello.
