Worst ***agement, they can’t figure it out difference between chocolate strain and blood, my kid dropped one drop of chocolate syrup and for that they are clamming to pay 1500 INR for cleaning service, mentioning sheet need to send for special washing. I went up and cleaned the bed sheet with water with in a min strain went off. The way all the staff behaved very rude and at the end everyone says sorry its our mistake. Due to all these i need to rush to airport to catch my flight.

Good for the price

Though the hotel is located in the heart of city , i personally felt the ***agement have to look into it in the following aspects , the rooms have automation system to control the Aircon , lightings etc, which doesn't work at all.Overall hygiene wise very poor , for this price there are ***y other options available nearby. Breakfast spread was good and the food was hygiene enough.

I came for my business trip front office guys help out me. Very nice stay I had good experience from front office and house keeping guys also smart house keeping team was very nice. Excellent team congratulations for the ***agement having such a wonderful team. Even food also nice. I had nice stay and good service.

t was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. There were blood stains on the pillow and snot and hair in the sink. Check-in hours were at 14:00, when I wrote them via Booking site that I would be there around 8:00 am in the morning, they told me that I would have to pay an extra 1600 INR, which I accepted. When I went to the hotel very tired after a 24-hour connecting flight, the room was not ready. I paid the fee including extra because of early check-in. They made me wait for a while, then gave me a dirty room. I immediately went down and explained the situation. They said they would clean the room. I was very tired, I spread my jacket on the couch, sat down and slept for a while. When I woke up, I walked around. It wasn't like it could happen. It was sickening. I asked for a room change. They agreed and showed me other rooms. They were all dirtier than each other. On Sunday, I started to cry with the helplessness of being in hotel with snotty sink in a foreign country. I asked them to cancel my reservation. At that time, I looked for other hotels through booking. I called the booking office and reported the situation. They talked to the hotel and agreed not to make any deductions from the fee I paid. I paid 29700 INR, but the hotel kept 5400 INR. even they told they will pay back all to Booking ajent. Even though I left 2- hour before hotel’s check-in time. After leaving the hotel, I visited other hotels for 2 hours to find a place. I was very tired, I was in a foreign country. It was a great despair. I never recommend this hotel. Even writing this made me feel nauseous. If you go to India, be sure to stay in internationally known 5-star hotels. Don't even choose one with 4 stars. Raj park was a 4 star hotel. It was disguisting.

Stayed for 2 nights. Was upgraded from a standard to a superior room (Thanks). Requested for normal water in a jar, instead of the bottled mineral water. Were given 2 big glass bottles with normal water (Thanks). The room was good and spacious. Would be good if they can provide a fan also (if not a ceiling fan, at least a table fan). Not everyone is used to sleeping with the AC. Parking is valet parking. If one car is standing at the portico, waiting for passengers or luggage to be loaded, the other cars have to wait behind, ***y a times on the road, blocking a lane. This could be improved. Food is pricey. Locations is excellent - near mylapore, beach, sabhas etc.

Rooms were dated. Smelly sheets. Slow Wi-Fi. Followed me to the room immediately from breakfast since they did not note my room number.

Not received my invoice. Please share it right now. My room number was 312. I checked out today. My invoice was made with wrong amount. ***ager said he will correct it and will share within 1 hr. Not received till now. I have to upload my invoice to the company's Portal for reimbursement.
