JP 첸나이 호텔(JP Chennai Hotel)

Downward spiral in terms of quality. Bathrooms are abysmally poor conditions. Saving grace is the room service and breakfast. Front office needs a reality check. Staff are good but I think ***agement is not giving proper authority to staff to provide good service.

Excellent service provided by all the staff members. Ahamad at the front desk was very helpful in facilitating a quick checkout and booking a cab . The food quality is at SeaNreeze restaurant is very good. The wifi service needs improvement. The lobby area is beautiful. Anthony and the staff at SeaNreeze restaurant provided service.

Ahmed from the front desk helped us a lot. He was very cordial , helpful and polite. We had to extend our stay for 2 days and all rooms were sold out. The ***ager also told us that it’s sold out. But he somehow looked into it and extended our stay by 2 nights. He was working night shifts but he was very friendly , helpful and smiling all the time . Thanks Ahmed.

Internet was not working in my room. I checked in at 4 pm and they were struggling to fix internet issue till night 8 pm. I told them to leave it as I wanted to sleep. The same issue with TV, there were no Hindi channels. The supervisor offered to change the room at night 8:30. Totally horrible experience, never going to stay there again.

We are so happy to stayed here. All the needed are fulfilled by the hotel. Mrs. Sangeetha and her team helped all the time. We called anytime in front office, they are immediate response and solved our problems. They are good carrying people. We visit again and we inform all my circles.

Excellent hosptality and food is really good. Staff is supporative and friendly. Recommend for luxary stay at chennai city. Enterance front office staff are coperative and access to help the guedt in good ***ner.

We have had our son's wedding reception at JP hotel arranged 400pax for buffet and 10 rooms for guests. Food was delicious and appreciated by the entire people around 375 who had participated which we never expected. Everything went on well, rooms are very clean and comfortable, neatly maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful. Ms.Jeeva ***ager who is incharge of booking took lots of care and hospitality. Nice team and great service.

At home experience. I booked 20 rooms for a family function. Jeeva, the friendly ***ager, right from booking to check out, made the entire episode lively. Hats off to the reception/ front office team. Second wonderful area is the break fast buffet which was wholesome and complete. Kudos the wonderful team under ***ohar. They also made the supper affordable and friendly. Overall, thanks a lot JP. We would love to be back. God bless you all.
