JP Hotel Ambiance Exalent Banquet Executive and supportive staff very co operative and supported well. All my 60 Guest treated well and managed well in three days at both the Halls & restaurant without any single issue. Compliments to Mr Manohar Mrs Suganya Mr Selvakumar Mr Bharti Mr Ramu . Compliments to Chef for taste. Good Banquet team work.

Downward spiral in terms of quality. Bathrooms are abysmally poor conditions. Saving grace is the room service and breakfast. Front office needs a reality check. Staff are good but I think management is not giving proper authority to staff to provide good service.

Excellent service provided by all the staff members. Ahamad at the front desk was very helpful in facilitating a quick checkout and booking a cab . The food quality is at SeaNreeze restaurant is very good. The wifi service needs improvement. The lobby area is beautiful. Anthony and the staff at SeaNreeze restaurant provided service.

Ahmed from the front desk helped us a lot. He was very cordial , helpful and polite. We had to extend our stay for 2 days and all rooms were sold out. The manager also told us that it’s sold out. But he somehow looked into it and extended our stay by 2 nights. He was working night shifts but he was very friendly , helpful and smiling all the time . Thanks Ahmed.

We are so happy to stayed here. All the needed are fulfilled by the hotel. Mrs. Sangeetha and her team helped all the time. We called anytime in front office, they are immediate response and solved our problems. They are good carrying people. We visit again and we inform all my circles.

We have had our son's wedding reception at JP hotel arranged 400pax for buffet and 10 rooms for guests. Food was delicious and appreciated by the entire people around 375 who had participated which we never expected. Everything went on well, rooms are very clean and comfortable, neatly maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful. Ms.Jeeva manager who is incharge of booking took lots of care and hospitality. Nice team and great service.
