I found the housekeeping staff excellent and friendly and maintained my room very clean. They always asked if I needed anything else before they left. I wish to name two housekeepers - Sumet and ARIF. These housekeepers were very focused and committed to doing good housekeeping work. I appreciate their customer service. The resort food was great and spicy and the restaurant staff were very friendly and provided excellent service

A very decent resort hotel located in the Sipcot area, offering excellent proximity to the nearby factory zones. The hotel serves a good breakfast, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to two staff members, Sumet and Arif, for their exceptional service. They were not only polite but also did a fantastic job with cleaning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Sipcot area on a business trip.

Visited locally for work but stayed in Pleasant Days. Rooms, service and meals were great and would have no hesitation in returning for a private holiday. Breakfast was particularly good supported by excellent service from all the staff. 8/10

This does not guarantee a customer's rest It's been under construction since the morning and I've been waiting for 3 hours, but the manager doesn't seem to have any intention of coming.

We had stayed at the resort on 19th and 20th August, 2022 on the occassion of family marriage hosted by Pragnesh Shah. The stay was amazing and the hospitality was very warm. The staff was cordial and happy to help at every occasion. The view was amazing, full of greenery and very neat and clean. Rooms were quite spacious and with all the modern amenities. Would definitely recommend friends and family to visit this Resort.
