the best asset of this hotel is the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to help me with arranging cabs and ensure that i am able to attend my appoin**ents in time and that too in pouring rain ( special thanks to the ***ager ). I am 74 and all the help was particularly appreciated.

I really liked that his property had all the amenities available. Extra shoutout to the staff as they were really helpful and prompt. The room and the washroom was very clean. I needed something late night and they arranged that for me. Overall really liked my stay.

Room very basic which is ok if you’re a budget traveller. Breakfast very basic. No toilet paper if that’s important to you so bring your own. Staff friendly and helpful. Would probably pay more for something a bit more comfortable on my next trip

Booked through customer care executive. Executive haven't provided the room information. I asked for a couple room mentioning wife is with me. And the executive booked seperate bed room. Even the room was near to the road which was not comfortable to sleep. Room is absorbing outside noise much inside the room. Only basic toiletries provided. Treebo can include a small paste, brush and a soap.

Good location, easily transportation availability. Nice room and service. Last but not the least small buffet breakfast spread but good wuality and super taste.Just keep it up, good going. Will definitely consider on our next trip to chennai. Will also recommend to friends and family for sure.

Everything had to de***ded NOT PROVIDED.Sheets and pillow covers were dirty NOT fresh but replaced. Tooth brush & paste, Newspaper were de***ded but provided. Soap NOT provided. Coffee de***ded but provided but paid for everything expecting service. Bed not good

Except for the location, very difficult to park the cars especially if it's a bigger one, no service in rooms, there is no phone number mentioned to call the reception, too noise when the guest arrive late night. Room allotted was very small. It's like a service apar**ent. The plus point is it's location.

Not happy with the quality of the place. It's basically an apar**ent where each room is made into a "hotel room". My room had no windows. The amenities in the room look old. Only good thing is the staff are well-***nered and quite efficient.

I vacated the room citing dirty, dust and funges in the Rooms. I don't want to get sick. I told them, and rebooked another hotel. PLEASE have some health persons investigate this hotel ASAP
