엘렌버러 파크 후기

엘렌버러 공원에서 3박 4일 동안 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치와 부지가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 진정한 영국을 경험하는 것 같았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 배려심 깊었습니다. 2월에 이용했던 온수 수영장은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사는 기대했던 모든 것이었습니다. 따뜻한 날씨에 다시 와서 아름다운 코츠월드를 탐험해 볼 생각입니다. 강력 추천합니다 ++++

가격 대비 정말 형편없습니다. 정말 멋진 곳이죠. 오해는 마세요. 하지만 환대 측면에서는 좀 실망스러웠고, 호텔 객실 청결 상태도 좀 엉망이었습니다. 도착했을 때 욕조에 머리카락이 엉겨 있었고, 침대 밑에는 베이프와 헌 슬리퍼가 놓여 있었습니다. 게다가 TV 리모컨도 없었고, 호텔에서 무엇을 해야 할지에 대한 정보도 전혀 없었습니다. 조식은 훌륭했지만, 호텔 가격과 환대를 생각하면 300파운드를 들일 만한 가치가 있다고는 생각하지 않습니다. 게다가 스파는 아이들과 부모들로 가득 차 있어서 규모 대비 인원 비율이 너무 과했습니다. 게다가 레스토랑은 항상 예약이 꽉 차 있어서, 마지막 순간에 마차 식당에 가야 하는 상황이 아니라면 예약하기가 어렵습니다. 레스토랑에서 음료 메뉴를 달라고 했더니 바텐더가 무례하게 굴어서 직접 가서 메뉴를 가져오라고 했습니다. 특히 객실 가격이 500파운드에 육박하는 것을 생각하면 정말 실망스러웠습니다.

Incredible manor restored to its greatness with a nice pub, restaurant and terraces, pool, gym, gardens and rooms. And wow the main house living room is amazing. The walks around the huge property and sunset croquet were lovely. My only complaint was the hotel was clearly a little short-staffed. We had to call a few times for the basics; towels, nespresso, toilet paper, and to have our room service cleared. We also had to wait a while for our drinks at the pub and they often didn’t have enough staff to clear the tables, especially outdoors. The breakfast and service was great though, especially the hostess who ran a tight pleasant ship. My only suggestion is a simple fix to our shower in room 33; the rain shower needs a longer pipe to center it past the toiletries tray. As it is now you have to bend over the tray to shower which made rinsing difficult. We will definitely return the next time we are in the Cotswolds. Thank you

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my 60th birthday. With my daughter. The views are breathtaking and the hotel its self . Great location the staff are very welcoming and courteous. There is lots of parking , unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the spa facilities. Our only negative thing was our room although lovely the carpet had a few stains on it and our windows did not open easily , and the entrance hall to our room was very dirty we had been given a room in the grounds outside of the hotel and for the cost of our stay we were very disappointed after seeing such elegance,with the main Hotel and the lobby etc . We had also been given a room with a bathroom that was more suited to someone who needed more support and although there was nothing wrong with that , it would of been nice to have had a choice of a bath as well and we felt someone else might have benefited more with this set up on their stay.

We absolutely loved fireplace, beautiful place with lots of history. Beautiful memory! Really helpful staff! Loved!

Great hotel and we had a great time. Food was delicious. Spa was quite small and sauna and steam room didn’t get hot enough.

A beautiful building with character and stylish furniture and a feeling that you are in a historic place. The log fire in the sitting area was a special place to sit before and after dinner. A comfortable and clean room with all the amenities. Food excellent with plenty of choice. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and the staff were all wonderful

很美的酒店，房間床被舒，洗手間浴巾柔軟雪白非常好，早餐很豐盛。有自助餐還可以免費點自己喜歡的美食，水果點心品種豐富。服務人員態度都特別好。父母非常喜歡這家酒店

城堡酒店，房間也充滿老錢風，適合自駕遊。早餐比較豐富，全英式早餐做的不錯，晚餐性價比也還行。離科茨沃爾德區域的各個鄉村小鎮都不遠。

鄉村別墅，住進歷史，莊重不失鄉村度假的輕鬆，服務非常棒，房間漂亮，餐食美味，還會再去。

超出預期的好 真的是個莊園 除了需要開車過來 沒什麼不好 服務很好 風景超讚
