The room was clean at first glance, but there was lots of grime and buildup, mostly in the AC unit, which is bad bc you have to breathe that stuff if it's on and this is the South. it's hot, even in Sept. Checkout @10- @9:45 housekeeping was LOUDLY hanging around door. @exactly 10, knocked, very rude when told we were carrying our things down. we had it all out by 10:10. BUT they charged my card $100 saying the room was trashed... it only took 20 min to clean- l sat in my car and watched. i even took the extra step of bagging up all my little trash!

真的很差，一年前在這裏住過，感覺蠻好的，這次又選擇了這裏，沒想到現在房間裏臟的不像樣子，真是無語。希望能夠改進，但不會在次選擇這家酒店了。

The front desk staff were really helpful. We had a problem with one of our rooms and they went above and beyond to resolve it. Even though the hotel is under renovation due to a flood, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This property is built on an older motel style, i suspect a former rodeway inn or similar hotel. Despite the property's age, it is kept in good order. My room was very nice, modern style with a multi-faucet shower! The staff are quiet folk but very friendly and polite. Everything in my room worked, and was clean. Now, no place is without its caveats. This location is next to a busy road which you’ll find running rampant with the sound of modified exhaust well into the evening. The AC units are older below window style, so it pulls in the humidity with the air. And maybe this is a personal gripe, but the water tasted a bit over chlorinated. Maybe thats just how chattanooga's water tastes? I didnt get sick or anything, and i drank quite a bit, but it was definitely not a great mouth feel. Relatively small things considering the value of the room and the updated room amenities. Would definitely stay again!

It was ok I was not used too the memory foam bed felt like I was sinking in the ocean but other than that it was clean and tidy

Good if you need a cheap place to sleep! The room was relatively clean but there were a few stains on one of the beds and the bathroom had some hair in the floor. Also, the walls were a little beat up. It was a little hard to sleep at times due to the noise outside, and the neighborhood was not the prettiest, but if you need a cheap overnight stay this works. The staff was very nice. Had a problem with our TV and he came up and fixed it for us.
