Quality Inn - Hamilton Place

좋은 아침 식사, 좋은 방, 그러나 싱크대가 막혔고, 편안한 침대,

방에 들어갔을 때 모든 것이 평범한 방처럼 보였습니다. 그러나 그때 ... 절반의 조명이 작동하지 않았습니다. 벌레와 바퀴벌레가 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 놀라운 냄새가 났지만 시도해 보지 않았습니다.

The room was clean and kept up. No complaints. Don't stay here if you expect breakfast. They are no longer serving hot breakfast and the meager offerings are not worth eating. A few bad packages items, like bad danishes and some prepackaged egg & cheese english muffins. The orange juice machine had no juice. Don't bother. The coffee was ok.

The room was clean, but very old. The hotel is located right beside a place where some people were gathered maybe using *****. I was worried about my car at the parking lot. Two people screamed the whole night fighting. I couldn’t sleep, worried. I payed $117 but I regret not paying a little more for a better place. I followed the reviews, it said 3 stars out of 5, but honestly, no idea why. The receptionist was very kind though.

I booked this hotel based on photos and reviews on line. I can tell you 100% that none are accurate. This hotel is extremely run down. It is located directly behind an abandoned building that is not lit at all.. The people walking and wandering around without vehicles are extremely scary. The hotel no longer has a sign out front. We pulled up in the dark and didn't even know if it was the right hotel. The lobby is clean. The front desk attendant was kind. The hotel is also located in front of a construction site of what appears to be a brand new hotel being built with a chain link fence around it. Also poorly lit. Many occupants of this hotel had their doors open and were sitting in chairs on the sidewalk. This leads me to believe they are residents of this hotel/motel. We requested and were given a non smoking room. When we walked in it reeked of smoke. So we closed the door and went back to the office. The attendant advised it is right next to a smoking room so the odor seeps through.. She gave us another room, next door. We requested to cancel, as the time we spent on the premises made us feel more and more uneasy and afraid. She advised we could not cancel , so we left the hotel. We booked this hotel while traveling and we were exhausted after 11 hours in the car. We also had a dog with us and there was no place to walk him with grass. I have been emailing the hotel corporate office since that night with NO response. I am a woman and was traveling with my daughter who is 24. I don't recommend this hotel , it is extremely unsafe. It is not well lit. I have a video of the light outside our room and above flickering on and off. We left and stayed somewhere else and I do want my money back. If I can ever reach this company......... I DONT RECOMMEND

We booked with our points a queen/non-smoking room. When we got there, we found out there were no elevators. My husband and I both walk with canes. The manager "Veronica" came out and put us in King/non-smoking (downstair) room. Thank you so much. The room was clean bed quite comfortable. Well lit parking area also. Lots of close places to dine at.
