세주이트 하버 하우스(Sesuit Harbor House)

What a lovely gem along Rt 6A! Our room was spacious, with a sweet sitting area where we had our morning coffee and evening wine! With a dresser, closet and 2 night stands, we had plenty of room to unpack so we didn't have to live out of our suitcases. A very comfy bed and fluffy pillows made for a good night's sleep. But it was the warm graciousness of our hosts, Phil and Silvia, which made this more than just a place to stay.! They checked in to see if we needed anything and provided quick response when we did. Visiting their family of friendly goats was an added treat. Not yet pool time, but it looks beautiful! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sesuit Harbor House!

Sesuit harbor houses was amazing. It is a beautiful cozy place that can accommodate large groups. Several friends came for a 60th birthday party and were very happy with this place. The beds were comfortable and the gardens beautiful. Phil was super friendly. He made sure the fire pit was lit, set up corn hole and gave us a tour of his goats. This was a great experience that I would highly recommend and definitely return.

My husband & I stayed here for four nights at the end of our New England trip. This is a fantastic place to stay in a lovely area . It has a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene . The owners go above and beyond to accommodate their guests . We were in room number 7 on the ground floor . It has free parking , complimentary breakfast . Muffins were still warm . A beautiful pool with seating and sun loungers . Outdoor seating and a fire pit in the evening . We even had friendly goats we could visit . We were nervous as travelling from the uk & usually book large hotel chains . Glad to be pleasantly surprised with such a great experience in a smaller property . Lots of shops restaurants Ect all within walking distance or a 5-10 minute drive .

Really nice place and very close to Mayflower beach and some nice restaurants and ice-cream places . Rooms were clean and the breakfast picnic baskets in the morning were a nice touch . It’s a nicely maintained property and the owners are very friendly . Would highly recommend this to anyone.

So much to love. Phil was the best host ever. Tasteful decor in the room, and eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Delicious, real food for breakfast. And it even has goats! We've been coming to the Cape forever and this was the best place we've ever stayed. Hope to be back soon.

Very clean, cute room over looking the pool in the front and the goats in the back. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but really liked the room and the fact you couldn't hear your neighbors. They have lawn games, a fire pit, and a community grill. Very nice grounds with flower gardens. Close to beaches and restaurants.

Really nice and quite place, ideally located near the most beautiful places on Cape Cod. Owners are super friendly and helpful; it’s not a “big chain 5-star property” in terms of newness, but everything felt so incredibly clean and tidy, from the room to the pool and the breakfast terrace and the campfire; all very well taken care off and cared for with love from the owners. Super authentic place, would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

Hands free check-in. Very quiet, super clean and comfy. Continental breakfast with local pastry options was excellent. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and laid out to allow the most space: there was a table and chairs as well as the king sized bed. The bathroom was small, with a shower rather than a tub (which is fine). It also was very clean. There was an outdoor pool, with very clear water. Breakfast was included and was delightful: coffee, juice, muffin, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Very peaceful and quiet setting with beautiful grounds. It was a Cod feel without the Cape Cod smell in the room.
