Aloft Charlotte Airport

This hotel has very modern decor but it’s not the boring kind of modern decor. I really enjoyed the room I was provided as well. It was a studio room and it was the PERFECT size for one person or even two people, the bed was firm and comfy. Only complaint is I didn’t care for the smell of their linen. They changed the sheets and pillowcase but still smelled like someone’s sweaty head… so probably needed a new pillow VERY CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND FRIENDLY. Good food too, the bar is pricey but it’s a hotel so what do you expect. Pool table, pool, gym etc I’d book another stay with them.

First time stay at an Aloft Hotel but not the last. Very impressive setup, cordial and helpful staff and the airport shuttle is greatly appreciated.

The girls working the front desk & bar were AWESOME! Everybody was so friendly & helpful! Nice staff!

Great stay prices in the lobby area for snacks & such are high but they do have free complimentary tooth brush and tooth paste if needed!

This property was so beautiful, clean, comfortable, would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a good stay, near uptown but we couldn’t sleep well both nights due to loud noises from people talking or laughing. One night someone was playing extremely loud music it woke us up.

I hardly leave reviews, but I’ll definitely exempt doing just that for this stay in particular. I’ve been to plenty of hotels and this just hit #1 on my list. The rooms were minimal in the best way. No overbearing furniture, but just enough to accommodate a family size. The furniture itself was elegant and bedding was absolutely glorious. The bathroom was minimal as well and shower is a dream. High end toiletries were provided. Both afternoon and night shift staff were most helpful and friendly- professional to say the least. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was like no other. The lounge was like nothing I’ve ever seen. More hotels need to be like this- bar, lounge area (plenty seating available), and pool. The fireplace outside was very nice and although we didn’t use pool, it looked clean both water and sitting area.

Super friendly and considering I just transferred from a disgusting hotel I was thrilled to be there. However the first room they gave me at 11pm was not clean. The bed wasn’t made and there were dirty towels on the floor. The second room was great except the tv didn’t work. Staff was great and ride to the airport was a relief.

No shelf in the shower and no electrical outlets near the beds are deal breakers for me. No place for my own shampoo or wife's razor. And no place to charge phones, watches etc unless its not within reach of the bed.
