Last night, I had 4 bottle of Aquafina waters charged to my room. I got my receipt today, after flying back home. I called the hotel in hopes of correcting the issue. The young lady who answered the phone was short, and rude. She stated that “The best that she could do is leave a note for the manager to look into. I only work once every two weeks and I don’t know who worked last night.” Her tone was not friendly and she hung up without even finalizing our conversation. All other staff were very hospitable. This part time staff isn’t customer service material.
